  • Couldn’t connect to my 5Ghz WiFi

I just got Mila and I wasn’t able to find my 5GHz WiFi. Had to enable the lower band width on my router for Mila to find it.

Not sure if this is a bug or if Mila doesn’t support this atm.

Otherwise the app looks really nice 👍

@ufomartinsvoboda — welcome to the Mila fam! 🤗 Like almost all connected devices, Mila only works with 2.4 Ghz networks. Glad to hear you're enjoying the app so far, and if you ever need a hand, feel free to ping us at support@milacares.com.
  • Great product

Shipping took awhile but this quiet and smart air purifier keeps my air clean and odorless despite a few pets. I downloaded the app and it literally sends me its “concerns” about my environment (examples including monitoring the humidity to avoid mold growth and even asking to shut the windows lol). It took a bit to actually get this shipped but it is a great, effective product and I would highly recommend.

  • New Mila in a busy area

I live in a small city but I am near a busy area full of traffic. Since moving here from a rural area I could definitely detect the change in air quality. I also had asthma as a kid which was then triggered by city living. I am so happy with my new Mila, I can breathe easier now and have confidence in my air quality. Compared to pricing of other mainstream filters/purifiers this is a bargain with its smart capabilities... and it’s stylish. Absolutely love my new Mila!

  • Bipetual Household

Day 2 after a 24 hour deep cleaning I woke to see a message telling me to close the windows. I looked at the app to see why Mila was suggesting this. Turns out the outdoor air was worse then the inside air.I would give it a 5 but I have not had it long enough so I’m giving it a solid 4.

Day 3 I continue to be amazed. Walked in the door to fresh home and a witty massage on the display. I want to test this one really well before purchasing a second Mila.

Day 5 I am really starting to learn my Mila and how to set it up best for my household. I have seen a lot of complaints about noise. if you take time to tweak the settings you will not notice it as much. That seems to be the only complaint from anyone, so obviously it’s doing the job.

I have learned that Mila needs Apple HomeKit certification. I love 💕 ❤️🥰my Mila. Almost a certified 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ product very close!

Mila is the iphone of air purifiers. There may be a better phone than an iPhone but it’s OS is top shelf and no one else comes close. Please keep the updates coming. I know your a air purifier manufacturer but software is going to be key to your success. Your hardware is close to perfect and your software is off to a great start

    APPLE HOMEKIT PLEASE 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

  • If you are thinking about a Mila, I am here to tell you, Invest.

As someone who suffers from two auto immune diseases, migraines and asthma, Mila has been the greatest investment I have ever made. I have been looking into a air-purifier system for months. Due to my illnesses, I have to have a HEPA filter, problem is, several filters do not get as high as Mila’s (their “Over Reactor” is a HEPA 14, thats hospital grade amazingness) which has been such a help with my asthma. A lot of the others do not have a purchase-able “Sock” for their filters to help with pet hair (proud cat parent) like Mila does. Not to mention many air purifiers claim to be “whisper quiet” but in video reviews sound like a vacuum on the lowest setting, Mila is so quiet we wonder if she is even there sometimes! And the programable fan option to sound like “white noise” at night has been so lovely it has put my sound app to bed all while keeping my air perfect at night. So not only was there a clear winner in my big departments, it also runs off this easy to use app that can help me track air quality as well as temperatures of my home! (The Mila app helped us detect a possible problem with our thermostat!) So all and All, Mila has been the greatest addition to my home and I hope yours too! My parents are thinking of one for theirs!

  • The best

This thing is super fancy. I bought two; one for my kitchen and one for my living room. I think we are all considering get one of these purifiers because of COVID and the concern over air quality at home. I have literally had this for just a day but so far I am very impressed. The sensors know when you are in the room. It monitors the freaking humidity. Like I said fancy. I’ll update this review on a later date but so far, so good 👌🏾

  • Mila

Just got ours. Love the look so much. Good so far what

I would’ve really liked a written card with as a QuickStart guide to be in the box. We couldn’t figure out how to get the filter out we kept trying to access it from the bottom finally we push pulled etc. and found the door where the filter was. We were then able to remove the plastic. Had I not gone online and re-looked at the email that said be sure and remove the plastic we would not have realized that. We actually started everything up and it excepted it with the plastic on the filter. So it took a bit for us to get I have a molecule and what I liked about that is that I got a really nice 8 1/2 x 11 Quickstart page inside the box so that I could start immediately without having to download anything.

My husband and I are both in our 70s and I am pretty savvy computer wise if it had been up to him he would not have known what to do. So please can you change that for others who might be going through what we are going through. Otherwise I think your app is wonderful and very good to utilize and easy. It just was hard till I was able to download it.

On the FAQ your links do not work. Just saying.

@marlokim — thanks for sharing! The Quick Start Guide should have come with your Mila (it should be the first thing you see when you open it up) so if it's missing — we'd love to know! Please shoot us a note at support@milacares.com and our Care Squad would be happy to work with you. Glad to hear you were able to get properly set up and welcome to the Mila fam.
  • Good device and app

This is a great looking device and does the job as well as providing a wide selection of data.

There are a few things that need tweaking: when the AQI is listed as 0, why is the fan constantly on at 20% in automatic mode? I can lower it in manual but that defeats the point.

Also the Mila is on the other side of the room to our couch so, when we are watching TV, it regularly switches to full blast when it forgets we are in the room. There should either be an “I’m in the room” button in the app or settings for the motion sensor timeout so we aren’t constantly waving our arms in the air or throwing cushions at it.

  • Gorgeous and Clean UI

I’m a techie, so the only reason why I bought the Mila was for the smart features and the app. I love data, and being able to see all the metrics was what sold the Mila for me. I also LOVE the UI design of the app. Good job team! Now add some Google Home or Apple HomeKit integrations and it’s perfect.
