  • Took me a while

    I’ve been using only Zenni since 2012 and I’ve rarely been disappointed. I came around to using the app recently and I use the app now instead of the website. It’s never crashed or had issues with payments or saving favorites. The virtual try-on is easy, and I love that I’m always logged in.

    My only suggestion to the company would be to make it easier to review purchases. Put a link next to the glasses in the orders section of the app.
  • So far, SO good!

    I love using Zenni to get my glasses! I just ordered my second pair last week and they just shipped today! I’ll be ordering prescription sunglasses soon as well! I’m even planning to order my son a pair of blue light glasses! I’m thrilled about the app and even used it to order my glasses, it’s definitely user friendly, well made, and nicely designed!
  • Disappointed

    I have ordered glasses from here several times and it’s always taken a little while for my eyes to adjust. For me it was worth it because the glasses are so much cheaper. This last time I had a pair that my eyes aren’t adjusting to and when I look closely it’s because one of the lenses doesn’t fit in the frame correctly. I made the mistake of attempting to use this app to contact them through the chat and what a waste of time. It wants you to upload a photo but every time you try to do it it kicked me out of the app (app was fully updated). So I had asked to talk to a live agent. Each time I had to back out to get them information they needed it kicked me out of that chair and I’d have to start all over again. The last time I specifically asked if I would be able to get back in and was told “of course” which was incorrect. Not sure what’s happened because I’ve always had a good response previously but this is a bit ridiculous. my recommendation is if you’re going to use Zenni get just one pair of glasses and see how that works before you spend a bunch of money buying several pairs.

  • Won't buy glasses anywhere else!

    I found Zenni nearly 4 years ago, and now I have 8 pairs with another on the way! I used to spend $350 or MORE on glasses at brick & mortar retailers because my prescription is so high, but with Zenni I get a quality with all the extras I love for $60-80! The app is user friendly, and definitely makes "trying on" the frames so fun & easy! 10/10 would recommend!
  • New update makes the app unusable

    I’ve been a customer for the past year, I loved scrolling through the glasses to see if there is a something that catches my eye. The new update has made that impossible. There is no sort feature, the filter has removed the category of “all plastic” and “all metal”. The glasses are now in a single column instead of the double from the previous version. They have the chat not at the bottom of the screen so the next page is not accessible. I guess I’m not going to getting any more glasses. I’ll just keep the ones I have now.

    I started using Zenni few years ago. Now I am a die hard Zenni customer. I use Zenni for my prescription glasses and for my sunglasses.
    They are so many ways to customize my glasses. I get to try them virtually and enjoy them in no time. I do not miss spending over $400 per a pair of glasses at my optometrist.
    What I love about Zenni is that it offers high quality products for great prices!
    It is also much easier for me to shop on this app.

  • Could be better

    Well, first of all the App will not rotate to landscape view on my iPad, which is super-annoying. Also, I don’t understand why my saved prescription is not an available option to load on every pair of glasses I select. Seems like we should NEVER have to manually enter in our prescription details on individual frames once the prescription is in our profile. Sure, it loads perfectly on the 1st pair you select, but as you continue shopping, often you have to manually input the prescription details for subsequent pairs that you add to the cart. I haven’t actually received my glasses yet, so this review is only for the app. I wound up not even using the app, and just ordering my glasses through the Zenni website. Sad.

    Ordered my first pair three weeks ago they were very nice came very quickly but wherever I went to get my prescription done gave me the wrong prescription. No hassles sending it back postage paid they paid postage. Just received the new pair they’re absolutely amazing I love them.
    I have had no issues with the app freezing since I have been using it.
  • You are better off just using the website

    Every time I open the app I am asked to sign in. After signing in and looking at a few frames I click the little heart to see my favorites, the app is AGAIN asking me to sign in. Even if I’ve just signed in to my account, if I’m not clicking on a frame to view this app will prompt me to sign into my account. It’s absolutely ridiculous! Especially when there is a little box that says “remember me” on the sign in page that I’ve had clicked since first making my account. The app is great if only they could fix this bug, having to sign in over and over again is very annoying.
  • Super disappointed

    I have been using Zenni for quite a while. I have enjoyed probably 15 pairs of glasses, plus I got my wife and my mom into ordering glasses from them. Several years of glasses and all of a sudden it’s like they have just given up.

    First off, I just ordered a pair and even though they seem to have tripled their prices, I was ok spending that. My prescription has not changed and I had signed in with my account, just like I have for the last several pairs, but the glasses showed up with no prescription so totally unusable by me. They will end up as a toy for my kids I’m sure.

    The second issue is the app. It’s just blur. I understand it’s a glasses app, but do you need some kind of special glasses to use it? I have deleted it several times hoping that a new download would fix it, but no good yet.
