Don’t know what people in the negative reviews are doing wrong but they are definitely the problem. Also, someone below calls this an “overpriced qtip”. If you’re not going to use this product at the very least stop using qtips, they’re bad for you.oosert

Horrible - not worth buying the products
Got these products thinking that it would be worth having to get your ear clean BUT setting up with wi-fi is no use because it is complicate… I’m going to be sending these products back to the company to get my money refund. Don’t buy these !!!!!Starbeary4usa
Works fine
Just used it once so far, but wanted to review right away because of so many negative reviews. It worked fine for me. It’s a little weird that you have to connect to the product’s wifi versus Bluetooth, but setup was easy and the live video image is good. It will take some time getting used to using the tool itself, but that’s not germane to an app review.Show lessvectorizer99

Great idea however,
Awesome concept. Why shove ear wax into your ear if you can scoop it out right? When the connection works, it’s amazing. However, it works far and few in between. Perhaps connecting over Bluetooth would work better because the wifi connection ain’t it.
