Product or app fails after charging the device for the first time
Expect to get about 1-3 uses from this product. As soon as I needed to charge it and did so, the app would repeatedly crash after use and you’ll never be able to use the camera again. The help screen on the app is also completely blank so hardware issues aside the app is poorly authored. Do not install or buy this product it is a poorly manufactured scam and if you’re here likely because you’re going through first time setup. Return it immediately.Show lessjtvWill

Terrible
So excited to use this. Unboxed it but the app keeps crashing on me so I can’t use the product waste of money and never buying again. Also contacted support to help me but they did not respond eitherdylan16263
Device does not work
I put the device to charge and followed the instructions. It shows green light so it is charging but it has been two days and it is still green. When I open the device to turn it on nothing happens. Also since the device is not turning on so I could not connect the app to its wifi. This is a complete waste of money and time. I did contact them by email since they do not have numbers but no one got back to me even though they says they will get back to us within 24 hours. I am disappointed! :(Show lessJumana_A
Stopped working
Worked like one or two times and like others have said. Now connects with a black screen. Look on A for something that might be the same and cheaper. Already got a refund.dohspc
Freezes constantly
This worked for awhile but now it just constantly freezes up and seems a waste of $100.dawnishness
Please fix
Every time I try to start it, it quits on me. Nothing shows up on screen. Right now it’s unusable, which is a shame since it was just delivered.Diggler2998
Game Changer
Just used it for the first time and i can’t believe how gross ears are! My only issue was trying to figure out which was was up,down,left, right but i’ll get the hang of it. About to have my husband use it. Highly recommend!Addicted2music--

Where was this device all my life?! I’ve been doing this without a cam and doing it off feeling & sounds only since I was 16 years old. This thing is amazing! Had a 2 cm piece of hair stuck in my right ear canal for over two weeks, and using Spade helped me get it out in less than 30 min.
