App makes this completely useless
I have used a cleaning spoon my whole life for my ears. I was real excited to use this one for my ears. The moment i tried using it the app would barely connect with the cleaner. The second it went in my ear it would disconnect. Horrible UX.himynameisbrian

Simple and Easy
Love this device and the app! The Spade is basically incomplete without this app! My favorite feature is knowing exactly how long I have before I need to charge my spade. It is also so simple to use and the quality pics/videos is amazing. Definitely impressed!charms928
Unreal
Got the spade mini on sale and works like a charm. Took it straight out of the box and connected with no issues whatsoever - no delay in camera activity and the ability to take photos and record videos is great as well.TreyH4
OMG, what did you do to the app?
Okay, this used to be a decent app. Minimal, but it didn’t need to do much other than show what the camera on the dice saw. But now it looks like someone decided to take their 1995 website design and superimpose it over he app. And a button that says “Privcy” Policy? It just screams “unprofessional”. Such a weird change from before. Giving it two stars because it appears to still work for the most important, basic function of showing you what you’re doing while cleaning your ears.Show lessdarth chadler
DO NOT BUY
Terrible app and product. Charged for 24hrs. Connected to Wi-Fi. No image on my phone and the it keeps backing out of the camera view randomly so I can’t even configure it. The moment I enter the Ear Cleaning view, it will randomly back me out to the Wi-Fi/Battery/Connection section. It stays charged for only 5 minutes even though it states 90MIN Charge Time. App was made by a highschool developer over night. Zero working functionality except the little LED lights on the device. Charging this back from my credit card since their customer service wants nothing to do with me. No response, no nothing. Unable to maintain connection
My Glade is unable to maintain a constant connection with the App: the ear canal view closes out every 2-4 seconds, necessitating me to tap on Connect to Spade Wifi every 2-4 seconds—near impossible to finish sweeping the canal this way. Had I known this connection issue, I wouldn’t have bought it. Reached out to customer support for suggestions on what to do. Will update review if resolution found.Show lessKTakami
Update your app-Problem now fixed
App doesn’t work anymore. It be nice if the developers would update it more regularly. Then maybe the product would actually work. Until then my Spade has been rendered useless.

Won’t connect. Waste of your money
First time I used it, the WiFi connection keeps failing and I’ve never been able to get an image of the inside of my ear to show up on my phone.

Out dated product
This product is a scam. The manufacturer has not updated the app and keeps crashing when using it. Manufacturers do not respond to customer reports.RN 2
