First time it worked but next time it broke. Why?
I started using the Spade right away when it was delivered. First time went pretty well and I was completely satisfied with it but the second time one week later after I fully charged it the app started crashing when I connected it to the device. I’ve been digging for gold all day, and I just keep finding more in there. Absolutely wild! I used to have to go to the doc to get my ear cleaned, but those days are no more! Brilliant idea wonderfully executed! You know what they say, “sell picks to the gold miners”! My only suggestion is that it would be fun to have a way to compete with my friends! Maybe we could send each other pics of our wax and rank which one is the best?Show lessmarrinade
Amazing product
It is a high-quality product!! It was super simple to connect spade with the App. The app is very straightforward to use. Spade itself is a great way to remove you ear wax while actually looking at it. Being able to take pictures is a great feature. Especially, when the video quality is great and clear. Great app
I am glad you don’t have to be technically savvy to use this app. I didn’t have any trouble connecting to the Spade. Very easy to follow directions on the screen and crystal clear camera. Its amazing how you can even save pictures. I recommend this app and the Spade to everyone who is considering - you will not regret.Show lessKVSh1116
Ease of use
This app is very easy to use yet seems innovative! Using the Spade has now become a part of my hygiene and this app makes it even more convenient. The Help tab gives clear and concise instructions. 5 stars for sure.shaht123
