Repeatedly opened app, performs Face ID then crashes. App is useless and have to login via computer. This company has how many billion under investment and they cannot provide a basic service every other financial institution has no problem with. I need to move my money, this reeks of incompetence.Spaz-pdx

How the heck can I trust you with my money if you can’t even develop a simple app? It’s 2023. Get this fixed or I’m moving my money. And don’t ask me to call a 1-800 line, this is your issue, not mine to waste my time on. I’ll give you a week.heyehdd

Log in, then crash. Repeat X infinity. The only thing that fixed this was to delete the app and it’s data, and then to do a clean install.h3ll0k1tty

Cant even log into the app because they won’t send me the text verification code. After reading the reviews it looks like this has been an issue for at least a year…apps are common today. Not acceptable for an institution like FT.Doumit
