  • Crashes a lot

    Can’t use app because it keeps crashing at the log in prompt

  • Worst app

    Awful for a large financial institution. Embarrassing.

    It’s beyond horrible. I’m actually going to move my funds to another fund manager this is a disgrace.

  • Terrible Font Choice

    I can barely use this app with my reading glasses. The font choice is terrible. To add to this, the developer made the default font size at 8?!

    WTH! How does Franklin Templeton expect their clients who were born before 2000 to use this app without a magnifying glass?

    This is an easy fix. Please do this soon!

  • Session Expired Error

    Keeps giving a “session expired error,” even after closing out app and logging back in. Also tried deleting and re-downloading the app, but I still get the same error code upon signing in! Please get some developer help!

  • Worst app ever

    I have spent 3 hours trying to get the ap to work. I have called 4 times and now locked out of my account for 24 hours. This company is a joke.

  • Not working

    I can’t get past the opening screen. It says l need to install the latest version. As there are no updates available, l just deleted the app l had and downloaded a fresh copy from the App Store. I thought maybe mine had gotten corrupted. Still getting the same error message after the fresh install.

  • Basic

    It definitely shows that this is the first iteration of the app. Interface is basic. The information you can look up on your accounts is basic.

    Also not entirely accurate. There’s a bug that shows my buy transactions are listed under one fund, and all my dividend transactions are listed in another fund.

    The way this was set up, you’d think this was someone’s senior year capstone project. Not sure why this was released to the general public in its current state.
