App is getting worse instead of better
I have used this app (previously RenWeb) for 8 years. I always thought it was okay. Not terrible & not amazing. Hoped for some better functionality, but if it would just go back to how it worked 2-3 years ago I could live with it. Now I am constantly logged out. I seriously think I was originally logged in for 4 years. When I do get in half of the functions give me an error. It keeps making me change my password only to log me in and then say 404 function not found. I also get told to clear my cache which I have done multiple times with no success. I have reinstalled. Your app is useless if I can’t even get a simple phone number from it when I need it. Please make your app usable, especially in August when everyone is back to school. One star is too much!
This app, this program, does not deserve any stars on its review. My wife works for a school that implemented this over the summer. It’s great when it works unfortunately it seldom works. Tech support is absolutely atrocious. The implementation specialist is overwhelmed with phone calls and emails and will never answer the phone. Sometimes you get a call back in a day or two.
The parents at the school are mad at the faculty because they can’t order lunches. Meanwhile the faculty is going nuts because they are taking heat from the parents and not getting any good tech support.
Anyone thinking of getting this for your school should save some money and just use paper and pencil. It would be faster.Show lessjoesmith 2
Buggy Mess
Constantly wants me to login and forgets my login information. This is already annoying, but even worse is that it will randomly just not accept my password and I have to reset it. The app also constantly crashes.
Around every week, the app requires a new update. I’ve never noticed any bug fixes nor new features or an improved UI (which the app desperately needs). After every update, I have to enter my email, password, and district ID. It’s just really annoying constantly having to deal with this messy app.Show lesshookiesdaddy
Zero Stars, Do not recommend
The previous RenWeb app was far superior to the FACTS app. It updates so often, with no noticeable improvements. I cannot wait until I no longer need this app for my children’s school. The constant updates which then require me to log back in are a headache. Ordering lunches is confusing when you have more than one student. And having to remember each month which of the financial portals are the right one to pay through is also irritating. All in all, it is a trash app and I look forward to never needing it again.Show lessrw102078
Frustrated
I am sick and tired of all of these updates, the fact that I am constantly logged out, the constant changing of passwords, and the only use a password once bull! Please pay someone that knows what they are doing to fix your app! I have to use this app, which we have to pay for, to keep up with my son’s grades and homework! I think for an app that we are expected to use it should work more efficiebtly! Let’s not forget we pay for this app and I expect better quality for things that I spend my money on! Too many Updates
I downloaded the FACTS family app with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has too many issues that need to be addressed . The app frequently crashes and freezes, which makes it frustrating to use. Additionally, some of the features don’t work as intended, such as constant updates every week. I appreciate the concept of this app and can see its potential, but it needs a lot of work to be functional. Overall, I will not recommend this app in its current state. I hope the developers take user feedback into account and work to address the issues. With some improvements, I believe this app could be valuable tool for users.Show lessHabibi32
Over charging for app
Every time does app crashes, when I go to log back in, it charges me $4.99 again. I have literally paid $4.99 five times in the last two months. This app is only $4.99 per year. And now they won’t refund any of my money through Apple. Why, I don’t know, because I have proof that I’ve already paid for it once, but they keep charging me over and over and over again and won’t refund it. I have to use this app for my child’s school, but I think the app stinks because they keep overcharging me every time there’s a problem with the app. Right now they owe me a $20 refund for the four extra times that they’ve charged me in the last few months and they won’t give me the money back. Go back to the RenWeb platform
If I could give this app a zero, I would. Given that we have to pay for this yearly, one would think the app would work correctly. Wrong answer. It never works. Logs people out constantly, retains no information, and on and on. Please for the love of all that is holy, go back to the RenWeb platform. It worked. This is a disaster; reading reviews everyone has the same opinions and experiences going back months and months, which means you aren’t doing anything to correct the issues. Hi. This is not a very good app.
I personally don’t care that much about how um, kinda bad the quality is. I’ve just kind of accepted it, and dealt with it, but this is really annoying and I just want to check my grades but I can’t, because each time I try to enter the app it says, “we apologize. An error has occurred and we’re trying to resolve it. Please try again later.” 😑😑😑 So, I tried again later, and later, and later. Still not done with this supposed “error”. The “error”, is that the app is saying that it has an error and not letting me in so I can check my grades. 😐Show lessS.O..C.O.O.L
Just the mobile responsive website slapped into app format
For a paid app, I would hope that the functionality would be better. Like why does it look like it’s just the mobile responsive website slapped into an app format when it’s a paid app? Lunch ordering in-app is almost impossible. Also I have to update the app every time I open the app or it doesn’t work. I appreciate that the app is being updated, but it’s really obnoxious to have to update so frequently when the app will not work properly without the update.Show lessNoThankYou3333
