Worst app ever
I would give this app 0 stars if I could l. I use FACTS/ and Renweb as a teacher and a parent and they are the WORST apps ever. I put my attendance and lunch in and some days it won’t accept them. And the FACTS side especially to make payments is HORRIBLE. I wish our school would pick another app to use. It logs me out and tells me I don’t have an account then immediately logs me back in. Horrible!!
It’s been acting up past few weeks with loading all information but today it decided force a password change then after that Saying I need subscribe again even though I just paid not too long ago! Why SCHOOL??
Our school changed to this platform this school year, and it still confuses the heck out of me. I’ve been able to check my grades at any moment, and now it logs me out everything I open it??? Now it says “subscribe to our family plan for 4.99” I THOUGHT I WAS! Why do I have to subscribe now? I don’t wanna blame my school for this, but I would love to go back to our normal renweb :))Show lessjpgjunior
So many bugs and errors
For this to be an app that we pay for, there’s got to be a better way to fix all the bugs and error messages. Certain areas I click on give me a syntax error message everyday and it logs me out by itself all the time.Memshea
Completely Unreliable
This app is horrible and is beyond frustrating. Constantly and I MEAN CONSTANTLY kicks you out of the app. Sad part is I am sure the school pays good money for this and we pay our good money to the school and the service for this app is garbage! It worked for a while….
I’m the student in this situation and I found this app convenient when I wanted to know my grades. After a couple weeks it would log me out saying my password expired, but that didn’t bug me before. Just recently it logged me out and said I had to pay a subscription to continue using it!
That makes me really upset considering it was nice having an app on my phone that I could look at, for any homework I had or to check my grades. This would be a great app if it didn’t make you pay for it. If anyone is considering buying this I’ll say, it’s nice at first but gets kind of annoying after a while.Show lessggKookie
The Updates……..
If I was on the team that developed and maintained this app, and had even a small part in the responsibility for the update needs… I would find a new career. The pure embarrassment of the inability to create a functioning app with so many update requirements would keep me from going home at Christmas to see my parents. Do better. Login is a nightmare
Make sure you write down all 500 passwords you create! The app will log the user out every week or two, your existing password will receive an error message when you try to log back in (even if it is correct), and you will have to create a new password but can’t use any passwords you’ve used previously. No option to allow faceID in lieu of the password either. Difficult to use for mobile lunch orders. 4 different financial options that are not customizable to what your school actually uses. Generally- not a user friendly application- probably much easier to use mobile web browser instead.Show lessJMC2399
Payments
I got a new phone and tried to download the app again. It will not let me without payment again. I paid in Aug or September at the start of the school year. My husband also paid, which we both shouldn’t have. Constantly logged out when I had it. Will stick with online version until the bugs are worked out. Hopefully our daughters schools will find another option.Show lessbhw21

The app isn’t that bad, but the CONSTANT UPDATING is ridiculous. If there’s this many problems with the app that you have to update it twice a week than that should tell you something. RenWeb was so much easier. It’s fine to navigate, but the updates are just so incredibly redundant and I never see an improvement or difference after doing it. Another thing, if there is so much wrong with the app, why not fix it all in one update rather than doing so many meticulous ones right after each other? So disappointed.Show lessRoss trooper
