The worst
I have 64 apps on my phone. This is the only one that I paid for (not just once, but annually) yet it is the worst app I have. When other apps have an update, they continue to work. Not this one. It logs you out and you can’t even use it. Everything about this app is difficult, the format (can’t see an overview on one screen), it’s impossible to toggle between different class grades without exiting the current screen and then having to go back, half the icons do nothing, & the directory is difficult to navigate and you can’t even find someone without knowing what grade they are in. This app is one of the worst I’ve ever used
The app continually crashes or asks to log in constantly. Now it asked me to pay for the subscription again after I already paid for it several months ago. Well I did that, gave me an error and proceeded to try 5 more times to no avail. It charged me $4.99 each time I tried to pay for the subscription, even though I paid for it already. Trying to get a refund for an app that I can’t even log onto now unless I try to pay each time. Horrible app. If I could give 0 stars I would.Show lessLLMT69
Too many problems
I have never had an app require so many updates. Almost every other time you utilize the app, it is requiring an update. I have also had to renew my subscription more frequently to be able to use the app, even though it is paid up for the year. Constantly requiring you to re-login as wellLuitnj
Keeps trying to make me pay AGAIN
I just paid for the app 3 weeks ago and have proof through Apple and my bank, and the app is constantly trying to make me pay again to access. They need to fix this. It’s a horrible app to begin with, and then it’s constantly trying to make me pay over and over for it. No thanks.mmtl42019
Broken
Not only does the app never removed your log in, but now after you log in, it wants you to pay a subscription, but even if you subscribe, they charge you and then don’t let you log in. They just ask you to subscribe again.
This is in addition to it being a terrible mess of an app when it is working. I can’t believe a company would release such garbage. Kids, schools, and families deserve better.Show lessbillmoseley
Could be great but…
My child’s school utilizes this app to communicate grades, assignments, homework, etc. However, there are persistent bugs and problems. Recently it has started logging me out nearly every day and had continued to try to make me pay for a yearly subscription I JUST paid for not even two weeks ago. OK when it works
Everything works fine until you have to renew your subscription and suddenly once you do, there's an error logging in. Don't do subscribe again. That part works because it's taking your money and it will take it again. Now we just can't log in. Can you please see what's wrong???Kenny Mills 5172852
Constantly logging you out
This app is constantly logging you out and forcing you to create a new password as the previous one you used no longer works after each update. It’s ridiculous and I’m counting down the days until we leave our current school that uses it. Ridiculous!Beautiful.chaos.
Bring OG renweb back
This is one of the worst grade systems I’ve ever used. As a student I need to use these softwares to see the status of how I am doing in school and this is the required one for my school. IT IS AWFUL. It constantly logs me out and requires me to change my password. My dad and I share an account, so sometimes he’ll change it and I won’t know and I’ll just be locked out for no reason. Epic FAIL with this new app
I wish your company would have stuck yo what was working.
It may not have been a pretty interface with fancy buttons, but the information reported immediately and correctly before you launched this over the summer!
The app constantly locks me out, needs to be constantly updated, and has even charged me multiple times for the same subscription thanks to all of the “bugs.”
The idea of this app would be great if all of the features actually worked, but unfortunately they do not!
We basically have had to resort to only using the free website because it doesn’t constantly crash or update.
