What’s the point of this app!!!
What’s the point of this app if all it does is constantly log you out, prompt you to log back in, and says the information is incorrect?!?!
The grades don’t update so I have to use the website if I need to view anything important!! Horrible app!! Wish I could give negative stars!! Way too many updates that don’t even do anything!!!!Show lessrvsrgs jrvsnkrnsivnivrsni
Fix the problem
The fact that we have to pay for this app and then it constantly logs the user out and needs to be updated everytime I use. I would completely get rid of it and never recommend it if it wasn’t for the fact that the school my kids go to use it. Very frustrating! Find a way to fix it! Worst app
This app is terrible. Renweb was a better app because is was user friendly. You can not tell if your students has missing work or if they received a 0 for not turning in the assignment. You also can not look at the teachers resource page to print worksheets your student missed due to illness. For no reason it will suddenly ask you for the password to your account after weeks of not having to use the password.Show lesskaren8799
Unacceptable
Having to update the app every time I launch it is bad enough. But having to pay each time the app is updated to renew my annual subscription is unacceptable. Compound that by the fact that I have separate logins for kids in different schools and this app becomes unusable. Please fix this now! Big and lack of support
This app is waaay painful. Why do I keep getting logged out? And like others here can’t log back in because I am being told my log in is incorrect. Why can’t I get support anywhere? Why can’t we co tact someone? Why am I now being told that google doesn’t have a trusted certificate? When you call FACTS they wont help. As soon as you mention parent portal you are out of luck. For the love of Moses
Please pay SOMEONE to fix the bug that constantly logs parents out and then says the log in info isn’t correct. I have 10,000 things to do a day as a parent and wrangling this app (we are required to use) should not be this hard. I keep trying to log my parent volunteer hours (which shouldn’t be buried under the family icon) and it shows a check mark and “insert value” under description. Simultaneously the keyboard vanishes so you can’t type. Then if you pull up the keyboard the cursor moves out of the box you need. You also can’t select the check or the option below it. None of my hours have been logged despite trying several times on my facts iPhone app.Show lessKateluv30

I would take less then zero if I could.
We are required to use this app for school, in order to check grades, homework, etc. I get logged out often, I have updated the app several times and now it says that I have to pay again even though I have already paid for this year. I don’t understand the negative comments
I use this for school so I use the yearly subscription (which is very cheap) and I have 0 problems with the app. I like the format better than what we used last year and everything is simple and smooth. It doesn’t log me out like other people are saying. Maybe the free version is more dysfunctional but i actually like this appShow lessauhsjdi
Lunch Ordering
Ordering lunch is difficult to say the least. The UI is overly complex and unintuitive. I need to scroll all over to find the right place to register for lunch. The options do not fit on my phone screen.
Ordering is by student, but gives me an option to enter a number for how many lunches to order and when I tap the box, it leaves the 0 unselected so if I type 1, there is 10. I do not want 10 lunches for one student. Not sure why this is not a simple checkbox.
Then, when I have entered the lunches, I don’t know how to approve and submit them. I finally found the button at the bottom left.
The previous app was free and fairly easy to use. Now I’m paying for this. I guess I’ll get used to it but every time I use it, I think about what a waste of money it is.

Horrible Interface
This is one of the worst app “updates” ever. I desperately miss the old version of RenWeb (which had its faults but was infinitely better than FACTS). I miss the Week at a Glance option. This UI is clunky and not at all user friendly. You can’t view all of the text entered because the app cuts it off. The grades aren’t in date order. It’s very difficult to see missing assignments. The list goes on and on. The only thing that makes me happy is that my child is a Senior and in a few months I’ll never have to look at this terrible, horrible app again.Show lessManualostrich39
