  • Facts should be ashamed of this app

    This app is the worst app in the App Store. The old RenWeb was very easy to understand, navigate and easily get the job done.
    This app has no way to hide menus you don’t need or care and it is so confusing for the parents. A huge step back. On the navigation menu there are 2 menu items with the same name. Really?
    Get your act together. I am going back to use the web direct and save the $5.

  • It’s Even Worse than RenWeb

    Surprisingly FACTS found away to make an app worse than RenWeb. While they cleaned up some of the style, it is very poorly organized and has a $5 monthly subscription for what used to be free and better. It cuts off on home work and lesson plans after a certain number of letters, so for anything after the set limit you will have to lookup on the website. A truly terrible relaunch of the app.

  • Review of FACTS family portal

    I have recently downloaded the FACTS family app from a parent standpoint and I LOVE it! It is super easy to navigate- even having multiple children! I find it to be easier than the Renweb portal from years past.
  • What’s the point?

    This app is useless. Don’t wast $4.99. It uses the web which you can access for free, and if you don’t have WiFi/ cell access it doesn’t work at all. The old RenWeb was much better and easier to use. Plus it worked even when you were out of range. The organization of the old app was also superior and easier to use.

  • Better look, but not user friendly

    I like the look and intentions better than renweb, but UI is awful in spots. I can't see full pages unless I go to the website; can't turn phone to landscape or zoom out. No option to print my kids' schedules, and can't even see the whole week on one screen to screenshot. Lunch ordering is terrible to use even if you choose the collapsed menu option.

  • Not User Friendly

    This seems to just be a smaller version of the website. I cannot access many things that I could access on the old version without having to go to the web. What is the point of paying for an app when I have to go to the web anyway.
  • Why do I have to subscribe again?

    I already had a RenWeb subscription but now they shut that down and switched to this. The RenWeb app said that my subscription would carry over but in order to use the app, it is requiring me to pay to subscribe again :( How do I get credit for already having my subscription?

  • Format

    It would be better if words were under the picture icons to explain what it links to. I’m tapping icons to figure out what it leads to and it is not effective use of time. I need to click quick to check kids grades, homework etc… I don’t mentally have time to try and memorize what each icon will do.

    Please add text to what the button will take u to. I’m also getting that error of clicking on grades and it has me log in but it doesn’t do it??? Like other reviewers have stated.

  • Please correct issue for prior purchases!

    I agree with other reviewers regarding the notice on the RenWeb app prior to the transition. I’ve already paid the $4.99 for the app, but I am being asked to purchase again. I realize there will be bugs initially, but this was something that should have been anticipated and addressed from the start. Developers need to correct this ASAP!

  • Paid RenWeb

    Before this app launched, I was given a message on RenWeb that after June 1st, 2022 RenWeb will no longer be available and the Facts Family app will be the new “RenWeb”. In that same message, it was stated that if we already subscribed and paid the full year for RenWeb then it would transfer to Facts Family and we would not have to pay again. I just downloaded the Facts Family app and I already paid the year subscription for RenWeb previously but it’s not registering that I have already paid and forwarded to the Facts Family app and will not go to the home screen until I pay again. Is something wrong with the app or do I need to do something else to get the new app to know that I already paid?
