Can’t create account

I downloaded this app as it was highly recommended but I am unable to create an account. The sign in page button that says “create account” is non functioning and there is no way to do so through the website either as far as I can tell.

Session locked

It’s one week after I completed session 2 and session 3 should be unlocked, but it says it will unlock after another week.
This morning I noticed it was saying “ Resume session” I clicked and there was about 3 seconds left. I HAD already listened to the whole thing but it’s not registering as being complete which is probably why I can’t access part 3. Please unlock for me. I don’t want to wait another week. Thank you.

Too many glitches

Too many glitches even after updating the app. The sessions freeze and don’t allow you to move forward. Terrible

Waste of time for the most part

The app’s interface makes you think you can “resume” lessons, but you can’t and everytime it will just play the lesson from the beginning which is a waste of time considering the videos have nearly zero information content.

Also it seems hellbent on assuming your sleep problems result from thinking about not falling sleep - which is clearly not the case for me - and no matter what answer you provide to its surveys, it will still hold that assumption, which is frustrating because it’s clearly not what I asked for.

Some of the techniques are useful but all of this could have been a 7-minute video really.

The Sleepio app does allow for resuming of Sessions but there are some external factors that can lead to a loss of this function. App stops playing when phone screen shuts off

When trying to listen to one of the fall asleep now audio guides, which are multiple minutes long my phone screen goes dark and the audio stops. Pretty unhelpful as I can’t focus on the guide.

Completely unusable

You can’t use this app without creating an account. When I tried to create one, I was simply told to enter my email address if I was interested in taking part in some sort of research. No option to actually create any account for the app, which was really irritating. Going to have to search for different sleep apps even though the reviews here seemed promising.

Literally changed my life

Cannot recommend this enough. I thought I knew a lot about sleep and I was doing the right stuff. With a few incremental changes to my sleep routine and a TON of behavioral change, last night I closed my eyes at bedtime and didn’t wake up until morning. Amazing! I finished the 6 wk course about a week ago. My improved sleep is definitely 100% attributed to Sleepio. Really fantastic education and encouragement for meaning behavioral changes.
