Not user friendly
Will not accept user ID even though it asks to enter either user ID or email. Good luck putting your date of birth—- you will have to go back through all the months and years if you are older.

Faulty
I am trying to add a trip but as soon as I type in the ticket no or the booking ref, the app just froze. Useless
New App is buggy
2-19-2022 Downloaded “new” App to iPhone 11 (Why aren’t you deleting the old app from the App Store??) I cannot even complete registering my account because the app doesn’t display any keyboard or pull-downs to enter required information. It only shows a bar that says “Cancel” and “Done”. Deleting app. Useless.
