Inconsistent
This app last year was decent however over the past 12 months it has been horrible. It is very inconsistent to the point where the app is either thinking when trying to open, it is on a blue screen and won’t open, or it’s simply doesn’t except my password or facial recognition. Please fix this app. This app is as bad as Joe Biden’s decision making ability… just like the current commander in chief, a dumb house plant

App hardly ever works
I am one of those customers that likes to check my accounts at least once a day if not more. The face recognization hardly ever works so I’m forced to enter my password almost every time I sign in, and now it won’t even open after I put my password in! This is so frustrating!! I hate opening my account on the web due to so much identity theft but the app is not giving me any options! Please fix this ASAP!! Signed a extremely upset customer!

Miss the old days
This app is garbage. I remember when I used to love the old app, worked flawlessly. Now I have to try about 3 times to enter my password to get access and usually have to reset the app and try again so I don’t get the errors. Why not use FaceID you ask? Well that stopped working about a year ago. Every once in a while I’ll get FaceID to work but I’ve grown accustomed to just typing my long and annoyingly intricate password in. I dread having to use this app to check my accounts now, takes too long with too many issues.

App not functional on iOS 14
I have banked with SSFCU for years. Over the last 6-8 months the app has made a downward turn in user experience and user interface. Most of the time the app doesn’t work or ever load up. Have been on the phone for hours with customer service and they can’t even find out why this is happening. Very Disappointed.

Absolutely terrible
This app is absolutely terrible. I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with the bank trying to get my credentials to login. Got logged in, then logged out because of errors from the app, in fact everything I do generates an error, enter my name and password.. error. Get past that, verify email… error, get past that, authentication through my phone number… error. I got logged in one time, tried to access it later in the day… error. Now it locked my account. This app is trash, not worth the download and makes me question the integrity of our bank as they keep telling me that this is my connection, I’ve tried at work, home, 5G, LTE. All do the same exact thing. So frustrating.

Would like some organization
Love to use the app for basic features, like transfers but I would love it if they gave me an option which accounts I see first.

SSFCU mobile app
I have using this app for many years and it has always been great. However this year the app has degraded and many features I enjoyed are not functioning properly. An example, I would look for use the bill pay feature to set up my payments. Of late after I scheduled a payment, I have noticed several days later my scheduled payment is shown on the app. I have accidentally made double payments thinking I did not schedule it. When I called customer Service they say just use the online banking instead of bill pay.
This is bummer for me. I hope the manufacturers fix this.

It’s not working
And when I call them it sent me to get a person to help me with my account because I guess the site is down and it’s three in the morning so it’s outside of their business hours so I get to guess how much is in my bank right now or drive into town and check through the ATM. The whole reason why I use the app is so I don’t have to fill out the little piece of paper of every transaction I do because that’s very annoying to do when I make hundreds of transactions a week.

Works great
I have had this app for awhile and it works great. Depositing checks is simple, transferring money and I set it up for alerts for any time I use my card it sends me text. The Face ID works every time. The app is great if you need to know what is in you account to transfer money and deposits. If I need to do anything big I log into the website. I like the app a lot I haven’t had issue with it. Great app.

SSFCU Mobile App
I love this app. It’s excellent in every way. It’s very easy to sign onto, especially with Face ID on an iPhone. It’s easy to pay bills, check accounts, and transfer money from one account to the other. Considering that I live in Oregon and SSFCU is in Texas, the deposit function is a plus for me. The only function I would add is external transfers once set up at the bank.
