Unsafe, unsecured
Somebody made an account in my name and put my address in and sent pictures screen shot from social media to an inmate.
I contacted the company who told me it’s not their problem if somebody other than me used my information and resulted in an inmate receiving my home address! The response I got was not to let people know my address as if street numbers aren’t listed on mailboxes and houses.
There is no security being taken to make sure others are being put in danger. I’ve been harassed by said inmate before as well as other members of my family and I’m nervous that vandalism to my property was also done by this individual, had the post cards not been returned to sender I wouldn’t know and this person would have what I look like and my address, could pass it along to anyone they felt like.
A company providing this type of service that’s website claims that they “strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized to or alteration of your personal information”, really needs to make sure they aren’t endangering others without their knowledge!

Sent pictures
The service is simple to navigate through and the cost is low. I’ve never communicated with an inmate but I’ve know this one since childhood. My rating is based on my experience, I have to see how it transmitted to the inmate.
Ok but
Other photo sites have options to add borders or making it matte I like the option you have to write a little note. My biggest complaint when they receive this is it COMPUTER PAPER AND NOT PICTURE PAPER. That needs to change. There is something about holding and keeping a physical picture you got in the mail.

Be Careful!
I spent $10 to send FIVE photos. When I went on the application the prison and inmate popped up quick and easy! I feel scammed because the facility I’m sending it to does not accept photos or mail from this company ! It had to go through a third party they are partnered with. It was misleading to think I was sending something to a loved one and pay insane rates - only to find out they can’t receive it. Other prisons have the same policy so be careful and do your research!

This app was super easy to use, and if the photos get there timely, this really is a great service for inmates to get photos and feel loved and appreciated and not forgotten. Great idea. Much easier than printing photos off and mailing yourself.

He is so excited and said “now I just feel like I’m away somewhere as opposed to being dead to the world“ I’m grateful for this opportunity to stay connected as incarceration is anything but rehabilitation these days. I respect all correctional officers and all those who work towards the cause, however I am sad at the poor statistics that these methods result in as evidence by almost every other countries. Thank you for allowing me to have more with my brother.

Satisfied so far , fast delivery!
My man received my 4 photos so far and that was my first order of the same day I sent the other 16 photos and then 3 photos ! So hopefully they get there the following business day which is Monday ! They were sent truly fast I’m so appreciative it said a week but they got there in about 3 days ! I just sent him 16 more pictures hoping he gets these sometime next week as well along with the other 19 photos I sent that did not yet get there !

LOVE THIS APP
This app is a GREAT IDEA!!! Makes like so much easier! No more having to print your photos up & mail them!!! It literally took me less than 5 min to download the app, create my account & upload & send my pictures! THANKU 4 making at least one thing in my life STRESS FREE!!!
