So far, so good.

Can’t give 5 stars yet, because I just set it up. But, customer service was excellent and I was not on hold, or in “robo-voice world” forever. Would have helped me to have a bit more explanation during set up as to why certain offered features may or may not be necessary for my situation. Not all of us are super tech-savy, or really know what is necessary in this day and age of full-time, tech-savy, _ _ _ hole criminals.

So far everything is running ok im new to this but im not new to sensitive information Aura goes very deep in all details of your data to protect you than most apps ill give it time and see all it does in protecting my online surfing and data till then when i am completly satisfied i will give a five having all this said so far Aura does have my attention and thats hard to get.

Good Protection

I’ve been using Aura for two months now I love the security that it is online. I was a victim of identity theft so now I’m very careful when I’m online I use my VPN 24 hours a day. They will alert you if someone try to uses your social or anything that comes up as underneath your Social Security number in your identity they will let you know right away with alert. They will protect and secure your information I feel comfortable now. I will remain a customer as long as I continue to be protected.

Feeling Confident & Secure

I only got this app because of Perogi from Scammer Payback, and already I feel so much better about my safety online.

I’ve used Malwarebytes for a few years, and that has helped amazingly, but now I feel even safer with my information since this application keeps my information from the dark web and protects my identity. Technology definitely has its advantages, and this is one of them.

Thanks to Perogi for protecting people like us, and for allowing an application like this to be partners with him and his work. Truly life savers

Excellent service!

I have been using Aura for a few weeks now and I feel very safe online now! I signed up originally because I was scammed and my personal information was leaked online and with this service already several leaks have been plugged. Customer service is fast and so friendly! Aura is worth every penny!

All-in-one data and identify protection

Aura is pretty baller. You get VPN, data protection, credit score tracking, and much more involving your identity on and off the web.
It’s standard price even by monthly purchasing, is basically the standard for some VPN’s which don’t do all the extra stuff. Their employees are also available for any issues if you prefer to call about them, rather than email.
They’ve helped tremendously with data brokers already and the VPN is stupid nice for Netflix and such.
Literally the best on the market currently, and I’m happy I opted into their services.

It does the job!

I’m loving it! It informs me right away when activity happens. I think they want me to see how it notifies me. Yes. I love this! I feel like I got my life back and the healing is about to begin. My credit score is already healing. There are still other things I’m waiting for to clear. But I am very happy with this so far. Maybe I will finally get to be approved for my very own credit card for the first time in my life. Every bad score I ever had was all from someone else who wouldn’t let me be. I’ve never gotten to have a credit card with my very own name without needing a co signer. But maybe this will finally change and I’ll get a little independence for the first time in my entire life. I can finally say I don’t have to share my identity with someone else anymore.

All in one identity theft protection

This is the only service I’ve found that proactively removes you from data broker lists, comes with VPN, has a password manager, and all of the other identity theft protection services you’d get from other paid services. It’s all in one identity theft protection and there’s no equivalent on the market. I love these guys.

Wonderful product, but—

Aura’s easy to use and from what I’ve seen thus far apparently wonderful customer service. However the one thing that is making me give four stars instead of five is how it’s causing me to monitor too much information. My parents and I each have accounts all in the same bank, however I want to be able to have the option to not monitor their information as well as my own. I know which transactions are mine and I also understand that Aura needs access to financial accounts to work properly, but I would like to be able to monitor just my own accounts under the same bank, rather than everyone else—truebill used to provide this with the option to “hide” the other accounts and ignore them since they were not mine. Please provide this in a future update. It would be much easier for me to monitor my own individual finances that way.

Additionally; providing an option for a yearly subscription on the app store would be preferable to paying $10 per month. Less expensive that way.

Jump through hoops

I had an aura subscription a couple months ago or so, and I had canceled the subscription for whatever reason. Now, when coming back, I go to log into my account and it won’t let me, stating that since my subscription has been cancelled , I have to call customer service. Customer service helped me set up a “new” account even though I already had one . It only gave me the option for a free trial because it was under the impression my account was new. It accepts payment for 2 weeks free trial then 15$ a month after . I get into the account , check some stuff on the app, then go back to check about a half hour later, it’s logged me out and giving me the same “call customer service prompt “ and canceled my subscription because I had already apparently used my free trial. Any other site would have recognized me as an already active account, let me resubscribe no problem, and be about my day. Instead I’m jumping through hoops. Taking my business elsewhere
