  • Decent, but no link to power outage map

    The app itself is pretty good, but I’m disappointed that I have to google “Demco power outage” to find what areas are without power. This is stupid to not be able to see this from the app!
  • Second time around

    This is my second attempt using the app. Still needs work. Pls trouble shot before pushing out to customers.

    System is down. I know my password but it’s not logging me in anymore.
  • Customer service worse than app

    First of all this app is Garbage. Thanks DEMCO for taking the cooperative’s money and wasting it on trash like this. It doesn’t work. I call the customer service, wait 15 minutes for the person to tell me to uninstall it and then resinstall it again. guess what? That didn’t work either. Thanks again for upgrading us to this garbage app at OUR expense. When is the next annual vote?

  • App works well

    No issues with the app for me. I was able to create an account, pay my bill, and set up autopay without issue. I was also able to pull up past bills. It did what I needed it to do.
  • Garbage

    I need a copy of my bill and I cannot sign in on the web or in the app. It says im not registered when trying the various means of logging in or resetting password etc. Creating a new account just hangs up and does nothing.
  • Outage map

    Outage map not working. Also, on one screen it says that I have an outage, but the main page says no outages. On the status page it doesn’t give you a status at all for your outage. I would prefer seeing my place in line than nothing at all, even if I am in the 26,000 queue.
