I was forced to switch to this newer app (the old one was just called DEMCO and not MyDEMCO) and all i get is the “communication error” message when trying to access my account. The recovery page asks for my account number ( who onows that???) instead of address and i only access my account using digital internet or app and dont know my account number!! After waiting for a paper bill to get that account number..the new app still wont let me login to access my account and only gives me the error message “try again.” DEMCO obviously doesnt monitor the app or app reviews to know it doesnt work.
