  • Unable to create an account

    The application does not allow me to create an account. Does not proceed past security question and zip code. Dead end.
  • New app has bugs

    Tried to pay my bill in the new app. First I tried to set up auto pay. Easy, right. Nope wouldn’t let me enter the last field-CVV #. So I clicked Pay bill. Entered info. It was accepted and said it be active next billing cycle. Cancelled both attempts. And called on phone to pay. The prompt say click 2 for billing but transferred me to power outages( prompt 1). Started over 3 times, Nope! Somehow 2 went 1. Called back 5th time to talk to someone, prompt 5. Due to power outage they couldn’t take my call, call back later. This app is messed up. I wrote training and taught SAP for the state, I’m a competent user. This app needs work.

  • App is fine

    The app itself is fine as long as you know how to use it. They sent out letters with new account numbers and how to set it up. Only problem I had with it was that I had no idea about the account number change or new app until I checked my mailbox just recently to find that I was late on my July payment and had to set this whole new app up after finding my regular app not working. I do appreciate the refreshed UI inside the app though. It makes it look a tad fresher. I imagine there are a lot of people who are just confused about it

  • Easy to setup

    I found setup of the new account with the new app to be fairly simple and painless. I haven’t been able to find a place to log out of the app, but if I double-click and swipe to close the app, it does require a login to get back in. App seems pretty responsive to data requests too.
  • Garbage

    Who designed this?

    The old app worked fine. This one doesn’t let me enter my payment information. The option to save and continue doesn’t work and my only option is to hit the back button which erases everything.

    App okay wish they would add face ID to log into app.
  • The other app was better

    Like most others I am being forced to use this new app. I can’t log in to pay my bill because it won’t take my credentials and ask for my account number, which of course I don’t have because of paperless billing. So now I am forced to call them and sit on hold for lord knows how long so that I can pay my bill ( I like electricity it lets me cook, have ac, internet access) and try to find out my account number so I can sign up for this new stupid app.

    I downloaded the app and signed in with no problems. I made a quick and easy payment. It very easy to maneuver.

    Can not pay different accounts under the same name. The thing keeps crashing. It’s horrible!!!!!!!
