My complaint is I arrived and tried to book in 3 restaurants. They were all booked for first 6 days of my holiday. Fortunately I am here for 9 nights so only just managed to book. We have been 4 times before and this has not been an issueShe….ll

We have been coming to the Bahia properties in Mexico and DR for years. The app has improved so much over the years. It is very functional now and helpful for keeping all of my activities and dinner reservations in one place. It doesn’t show me what is going on in the other hotels on the complex but it is fun just taking the trolley to another location and seeing what is going on there!Show lessFlute-gal

What a little gem this is our fourth stay here and it’s still as good as we remembered the staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble our room is clean and the coffee making facilities and fridge are well stocked we had some issues getting the app but the reception staff especially Roberto was so helpful and sorted us out.
