Kevin at guest services helped us out after we had some issues with general works and my being put at top floor with disability, Kevin listened to our concerns and then immediately accommodated a change and upgrade to ensure we were happy. This put me on the ground floor and Kevin said if we need anything else that he would help, very kind and speedy and problem solving.Show lessCaragh Arthur
