In 6 days I only had one knife that easily cut food. Time to renew them
The Dream Factory is all finger food yet hundred touch the same order screen every day so either use antibacterial wipes to regularly clean them or provide hand sanitizer machines. It’s a health hazard waiting to happen.
Maybe it’s a ground floor thing but my swim up room 8001 had far too many small flies even with the patio doors kept shut. every day, over 20. My family in upper rooms didn’t have the same problem.

Staff were fantastic great attentive service polite and friendly . The food we had the tomato and pee soup it was delicious the main my partner had the lasagna and said it was beautiful my daughter had the pizza and actually ate it all i had the the fillet steak with mash potato and a tomato salsa and it was divine . The best meal i’ve eaten in my two weeks here at bahia principe grand tulum.

Good but I think with the activities a description of what the activities are would be useful (particularly the kids activities , so you can discuss with your kids if they fancy going to try things)emmacardiff

Brilliant hotel, the rooms are massive with everything you could need and are spotlessly clean.
There’s so much going on that the kids can’t get bored. Great food both in the buffet restaurant and in the other independent restaurants. Ladon Steakhouse was our absolute favourite. The fillet steak could not be faulted and was cooked to perfection.
Everywhere was immaculate and tge staff couldn’t do enough for you.
My only observation is that the bath towels could be bigger, not much bigger than uk hand towels!Show lessKid’s Paradise
