A wonderful Family holiday
The staff are great, they always have a smile even at the very busiest times in the restaurant. The buffet is extensive, but it can be a little chaotic at busy times. The children are busy all day and the 2 shows we have watched have been excellent. The pools and facilities are kept very clean, there are plenty of sun beds. The accommodations & concierge were outstanding. The food was not as good as anticipated. Pools, bar services & transport were nice. The staff was friendly & courteous. The grounds are beautiful & well maintained. Overall our stay was exceptional!Tjmorlock

I have been here many times and always had a great time. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and are very well maintained. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The food has been great so far and I would definitely recommend booking the Asia restaurant. The only criticism I have is that the rooms are a bit dated but kept spotlessly clean.Show lessPhairs26

First time in Caribbean and not disappointed at all. It’s been amazing all staff great customer service and support is outstanding. Upgraded to luxury adult only for very reasonable price. Well worth the money.

The app is too complicated. I want to log in and see “my plans for today” and be able to scold through my reservations daily. I also think that the restaurant schedule should be on the home page for example: breakfast- 7am-11:30am, lunch 12pm-3pm and if there are exceptions per restaurant for the time schedule that should be noted as wellShow lessSnowwolf131

6/24- Second time here. This is a smaller resort, not much walking to/from room to restaurants. The weather is always beautiful and warm. Beach is so close; clean and relaxing. Delicious food with several restaurants to choose from (reservations required.). In-room order available. Staff is helpful and friendly.Show lessChoochoo007

Overall, I was welcoming on my first day. It was beautiful. I already came in before so I already had idea what was gonna happen and then two days down the line I believe the 18th some water started coming in through the bathroom. I called the front desk to let them know they switch my room and then, the same thing happened in a different location of the room started leaking from the hallway into a puddle water and they fixed it I thought and then I woke up and the water was right back. I had to put a bucket there today was checking out today and I just wanted to go homeShow lessfyah23
