    Every morning I need to delete the app and start again. Some weird glitch I guess. But when it’s working is very helpful and informative.

  • Best stay ever

    Coming to this resort is the best decision I have ever made. I have been treated like family by every employee I have come across. Dorka and luis at the lobby bar are both wonderful and have great energy. Jose, Pablo, Louis, Pablo, Francisco, Juan, and more have all treated us amazingly and gotten us everything we asked for even while balancing so many other people. The employee that stood out the most though, is Edgar holleday at the lobby bar. Great energy and calls me and my friends family. Best person I have possibly ever met. If nothing else we would come back only for Edgar.

  • Mr holiday

    The app is very glitchy when trying to check in. You have to play around with the drop down boxes when trying to select an opinion. A La carte shows full after booking first meal at Mexican and Asia restaurants but able to book 2 at Italian.

  • Does not work

    This app is the worst and rarely works. After days of complaining I can finally access two of the three rooms I booked. So much for dinner reservations for the third room… also the app does not allow me to set my room preferences not select a room.

  • Needs Improvement

    This app accomplishes what it needs to on the resorts, BUT due to spotty WiFi and poor optimization requires frequent uninstallation and reinstallation to work. Here are my recommendations to the dev team:
    -If I have checked in and logged in, to save performance, just automatically go to my stay so I can make reservations and check activities rather than booking at other resorts. I get the marketing behind this, but if I’m at one of the resorts, save the load time by going to the “my stay” page.
    -The map could be better. The google maps integration has some benefits, but an interactive or simple PDF could get what you want more performantly. Could have them personalized based on the what room you are in with variations of “your room” marked on the pdf version.
    -QR codes for menus should automatically take you to the menu or pdf, not send you to a web page to all menus and find the dropdown that opened for the restaurant you want. Also, just put English and Spanish versions on the same page. Too many different variations.

  • Booking number

    I booked through a travel agent and it was a little difficult to find my booking number. But once I was able to check in it was great! Pro tip if you need to add another room to you dinner reservations book at the same time and when you arrive tell them you are together. I got that from another traveler and I was able to book 2 rooms for the same times. I was told trying to add a room to your reservation doesn’t always work. So I did not try it.

  • App. Review after update

    The app is not friendly use. No directions provided on the map suggestions: add the current location of the user on the map and guidance to the destination.
    As for the restaurants, add more more details about the restaurant location. Also, add the hours of the restaurant.

  • App is functionally useless

    After downloading, you can check in and use the app as normal, but after this, if you try to open and use the app again the only way for any of your details to load is to delete, redownload and start over again. Wouldn’t even be an issue if the app wasn’t the only way to access many important features
