The WORST
App of all time. There is no way to pre-check in (which you need to make reservations and such) since you can’t scroll on the screen or if you can it deletes information or it won’t accept your picture. Absolutely trash.hcthomp1
Not working - “cannot find my reservation”
Like others, I cannot get into this app as it says they’re unable to find my reservation, even though I already checked in on the website. I get past the email and password screen, but that’s as far as I can get. So much for making things easier as they advertise.Turtle111111111:111111
My Birthday celebration
The resort is huge and a lot to do. The food was good. I loved that they had an all night snack barThe only issue I had with the resort was when I asked to have my room changed they put in the adults only luxury side and it was nothing luxurious at all it had a strong Oder of mold and the carpets were filthy. I suffered with a headache all night in building 2. The first room I was in was great in building 1 only issue was I did not like the location. It was in the first building which always smelled nice. I was traveling alone and a woman. I did not like that I was on the first floor where all the employees come in and out.
The front desk Reps Kyle and Dhashea were absolutely friendly and worked quickly on check out and questions I needed answers. Thank you for your services 🇯🇲🇺🇸Show lessgodsgift965

Tried using on multiple devices, none of which worked. Freezes, loses information, no tech support. Literally a waste of time.luckamucka
Broken UI
Unfortunately, the screen gets stuck and you can't scroll on any of the pages which erases all of the check in information. Doesn't seem to be a way around it. Passport processing was solid though.thezerwa
Shouldn't be so difficult
The app is a total waste of time and so is the online checking - neither work. When you call reservations, they act like this is a recent issue, and they can put in a request, but you can't check-in. Very frustrated!!!Monkey Brains 420

Reservation issue
I booked two rooms under my name, One for me and one for my wife and daughter. I cannot add the second room to a dinner reservation. If I make a dinner reservation, add all rooms under my name, give me the option to remove and or delete rooms to my dinner reservation.
The maps are lacking all restaurant locations.
Add hours of operation to everything.
If a tour is booked, add to calendar.
Add my transportation info arriving and departing the property.Show lessDuncandog
