Can’t reserve restaurants. Nothing shows up. Hopefully when we get to the resort we will be able to make reservations.Ctrl-Alt-Rage
Needs a lot of work
This app works when it wants to, always freezing, loading is very slow even on the hotel network. Closing all the other windows and refreshing WiFi connection seems to help. Not totally useless but it needs a lot of work.Stanleyb51
Amazing resort
I loved everything about this resort! The employees always said hello and were very respectful! I would go to the pool and when I got back my room would always be cleaned! My son loved the kiddie pool and the food that they provided as well! My son doesn’t eat everything but here he had choices as did I! I will definitely book again when I return to Dominican Republic! This isn’t about the app but I love the hotel so much that I want to rate it infinity ♾ stars ⭐️! It’s like Disneyland or world but it’s better! I was smiling 24/4 (since I was there for 4 days☹️) and at other hotels I can’t sleep but at Bahia, I can sleep veryyy peacefuly! I even kept the green key and don’t worry because they made it not work any more and I was there 2 days ago and when we like left it right away, I was already missing it. Bad app
Constantly freezes. Is not intuitive AT ALL, just plain clunky. No one responds to requests for services through the maintenance or housekeeping part of the app. The butler portion of the app is worthless. Doesn’t have updated information and has a slew of typos. If you’re going to have an app that helps guests navigate their stay, the app should be the easiest part of the navigation not the hardest. Non-Functioning App and Customer Service
WARNING STAY AWAY!!! Tried managing reservations both online via browser as well as this app. Neither would work. Used chat which is just a bot that says someone well email me (never did). After many attempts at calling when I asked how do I manage my reservations (dinners, rooms, etc) they hung up. TWICE. Not a good sign.Show lessCACoup
