Totally Broken
So you are supposed to be able to enter your reservation details 5 days before arriving to be able to use the app, but it constantly throws an error saying reservation not found, even though we were able to use the same details to access the reservation via their website. This app is completely useless!!! Their website is also totally broken and throws errors to the console. Neither the website or this app will let you reserve restaurants. I have not seen an app or website this poorly written in a very long time. Their IT department and senior company management should be totally ashamed of this pathetic attempt at an app. I would not submit any customer I want to keep to the use of this app!!!Show lessscouse91817

The app is horrible. have to force close it half the time and re-open. It won’t pull up our reservation for check-in. What is the point of having it for customers if it’s not gonna work at allMichaelH03
What a disaster!
I was skeptical because of the two star reviews…they were being generous! Was at the hotel, checked in and the app would only give me error messages that it couldn’t find my reservation and to start over. Stupid hotel doesn’t give out maps so you are supposed to use the app to get around. What a cluster!!!Show lessNems59
Performance is so bad I’m surprised Apple lets it in the App Store
Seriously. So slow. Fails to actually launch half the time. And that’s not even getting started on the actual content of the app which is terribly formatted and useless half the time. I love the idea of this app, but I have to imagine the development budget for this was hovering as close to zero as possible. Does Not Work
Continuously gave error messages regardless of how accurate information provided. Kept indicating no reservations found despite able to contact the hotel via chat through travel agency. Useless App.VenusV10013400
