This place is paradise. We have been to Bahia Principe 3 times and every time has been wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about it. It is the best place to vacation in the world!!Lizard6261
App Broken Beyond Repair
This app keeps giving me an error saying “ We have not found your reservation. Please make sure the information you have entered is correct. “
I would imagine that at some point after looking at the reviews and the comments, someone at the company would do something. I verified all the details on the reservation at the front desk, and I still keep getting the same issue. Horrible app.Show lessB Infante
App aspect ratio not suitable for some IPhone
The app is decent, don’t get me wrong but you can’t actually get the full functionality of it since the app main screen isn’t spec’d accordingly to fit some iPhone screens. The aspect ratio is a bit off that when you try to hit the top left or top right corners where the buttons are, it won’t let you do that. Fix the app pleaseShow lessBNK02
Need fixes
The navigation buttons are too far high and I can’t select the menu or the back on iPhone 13. I have to close the app and open it again to exit a page. I had to enter our credential twice because the first time the app registered only half of our party. It could be very useful with a few fixes.alyneroli
Wonderful resort!
Baha’i Principe is awesome. I played golf on they’re PGA championship course with incredible views of the ocean! There are many fun activities day and night. The food was wonderful and non-stop and unlimited drinks of every kind. The pool is the center of activity and over-looks the beach and ocean. Everyone that works there is happy, friendly and accommodating. Our suite was beautiful. A perfect anniversary for my wife and I! Thank you Baha’i Principe. Not working!
I was notified to do online check in. Upload a picture, not working and the date functionally kicks you out and doesn’t allow you to select a date. Website, same. Very disappointed with this process. It is supposed to help you accelerate check in but is giving me stress.Bembacolora
App totally a disaster
App doesn’t work, I tried several times to enter the reservation umber and my information and it always says error, need to fix it.
I was excited to book dinner through the app and be able to see the menu and other activities, so disappointedSagittarius🌸
Useless app
The app doesn’t do much. It is advertised as if you were able to pre select your room a week before your arrival, but there is no option in the app to do this. Calling the hotel brought to light that it is not possible and even by phone they were not able to offer us a specific room location. You should be able to reserve restaurants for yourself and other guests, but you need to have the guest identifier, which is different from the reservation number and you only get it through the app. It’s really a bad experience. Be patient
The app does work mostly after you get to the hotel to give information and show what you have booked such as reservations and such. It doesn’t actually book the spa sessions though, even though I click “Finalize” to book an appointment it doesn’t actually book the appointment. My wife and I showed up for a couples massage and they didn’t have our reservation but still accommodated us anyways.
If you want to get dinner reservations you can create an account online and use the website on an actual computer - the mobile site does not work well for this on a phone.
