I am a returning Bahia Principe Hotels customer and had an original version of their app. I could not complete the early sign in 10 days before my trip. I ended up deleting my original app and downloading the new one which executed everything exactly the way it’s supposed to. We absolutely love their resorts!Show lessArtisticApproach

Worst hotel app and website
This is the most frustrating app and website ever. Please fix it. It is impossible to navigate and does not work.Gadgets gum DC
Restaurant booking system is terrible
The app is unable to filter restaurants available by date, forcing you to check each restaurant and date individually and start over from scratch if it isn’t available. Really?!AlamedaPaul

The App is horrible
The place is great and the service is good. However, my problem with the app is that anything requested through it is not received by the staff. On several occasions I would use the App like they ask us to and the room service or anything else is not delivered and I end up having to call it in.Carlos_0712
Frequent guest of Bahia
Been back at least 25 times, always had a great time with friends that are also repeat visitors. Can’t recommend this chain enough. Also a repeat visitor to the Jamaica Bahia where we are going to in May 2023.
