Ridiculously long wait
I saw a bunch of posts around homecoming saying people didn’t get their dresses in time, but I figured since it wasn’t really dress-buying season I’d make an order. I ordered from them on December 27th 2022. They said I’d get it any time from Jan. 7th-14th 2023. It’s now January 30th 2023. I’ve checked up on my order every day and it still only says “Payment Received”. I’ve gotten no shipping updates, no tracking number, it literally just hasn’t been shipped yet. The customer service is no use because all they do is tell you that you can cancel. This was my first time buying from this brand and definitely my last. No amount of pretty dresses can make me put up with the utter apathy for their customers and their timeframes.Show lessMGLReily
Awful app
The stuff on this site is cute, which is why I gave two stars. I’ve ordered here before and haven’t had a problem with shipping, however I do know people that have so be weary. The app however, is formatted like Tik Tok?? Makes the shopping experience awful and tedious just to browse everything they have. Will be deleting the app.Show lesslexilll

i ordered a dress last minute for some senior/spring pictures and it came in 3 DAYS! i love the dress, it’s exactly what it shows on the app and it fits perfectly💜 love lucy in the skycadynce;)

I ordered a dress and I returned it and I received store credit. I bought dresses with that store credit and I never received the dress. They then refunded me the money which was $10 less than the original store credit that I had!!! I bought another dress and I still haven’t received it!? i ordered a dress a few months before my hoco and it never came in. i wasn’t surprised because they never gave me a order confirmation or anything. i never was refunded even though i canceled the order, and the card i used to purchase the dress is not in use anymore so i’m not even sure if they sent my money back. this is outrageous especially because i spent 45 dollars on something that never even cameShow less0101haill

worst customer service i’ve ever experienced.
i bought my dress multiple weeks in advance, the expected delivery date was between october 12-22nd, it is now the 28th and my dress has just now shipped. i’ve emailed asking for a refund, and even received an email yesterday stating my dress was out of stock and that i could get a refund back to my card, so i emailed again asking for said refund and then got a shipping notification the following morning. such a severe lack of communication. when i did get a response from an email i sent shortly after i placed my order, it was after 5 days and not even from their direct customer support email but from someone through their zendesk. i needed my dress by the 15th and it has now been over 2 weeks since then. frustrating. do not order from here unless its multiple months in advance.Show lessShlickityslitpick
