Bring back my thermostat interface.
I got my system right before the app changed to this new garbage.
-App updates are sketchy at best. Never know if what I am looking at is true.
-Operation status is hidden in … menu. Doesn’t really matter since it’s not updated in real time.
-Every time app updates, login info is lost. No Touch ID available on iPhones???
-App seems to be updated regularly, but never seems to fix the obvious issues…

I’ve used many different thermostats over the years including Aprilaire, ecobee, nest, and Honeywell. I’ve used stand alone apps and as well as integrating these thermostats into 3rd party automation systems. This is the worst app I’ve used. Only outdone by the previous version.
It’s not clean. It’s not intuitive. And the thermostat doesn’t play with automation systems like control4, elan or crestron.Show lessbvmwtf
Ruined The App
The new app is pointless and really annoying. The old version was perfect and did not need changed. I’m not opposed to changes if they make sense. Too bad they had to ruin a great app.Bill043

Does not list accurate temp below zero
App is more clunky than it used to be, and latest upgrade is not a good move. It no longer represents the screen I have on my Heil / Carrier control unit in my house. Plus with this recent cold snap, gives me a nonsensical temp when I am checking it on my phone. So lots of problems with no real benefit that I can see as a user.Show lessEd19E

Give us circulation blower options.
Would like blower to circulate air periodically instead of just being on all the time.Lynbdy
Better than it was but still buggy
With the most recent update temperature adjustment values show up as large dots on the reel under 70 degrees. ICS has had problems with this app since day 1 and they continue to struggle. No sense trying to call because I waited for 2 hours. They are not exactly driven by delighting the customer.Show lessDspindler

Very slow to update to current data
This app is a long ways from real time info. It updates VERY slowly when the program is started. It is faster to close and delete the program from memory and restart than to wait after starting for the program to move on from the data the last time the program was run to current data. I have never run an iPhone app that was this slow to update. I’ve been an iPhone user since the iPhone 3, and I have 287 apps installed.Show lessjgeckmann
