Problems with update
The app won’t stay logged in and it forgets my device every single time so I have to add it back in. Not usable in its current state.
It worked for about a month but as of 10/2, the app doesn’t seem to be connecting with the thermostat.Crazygrl0009000
Absolutely Garbage
I just had a new HVAC system put in and it requires a proprietary thermostat, and with it comes this app. I moved from a Nest, so I understand how an app linked to my home’s thermostat(s) should work.
If you are looking for accurate, real-time information in an app for your system: look elsewhere.
I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this app, except that it is free. But I would happily pay for a version that actually worked. I echo every problem previous users have complained about.

Old App better
The new app is junk. The settings and current temp in the app often don’t match what the thermostat says. It’s clunky and not nearly as intuitive as the previous version of the app. I also see zero upgrades in functionality, so I don’t quite understand why they released this. The old app worked perfectly for me. This new one seems to never follow the schedule or manual overrides I input. And it seems to hold a manual setting for longer than I time I set for it to expire. We should have the option to still use the old app if we chose.Show lesswolfbn1003
Very Unreliable
Doesn’t stay connected to the thermostat. As a result, it provides false info. Really surprised that it cannot fix this with an update.Havelock1987

Update is a down grade!
The new app version does not provide an easy way to enter a vacation schedule. I tried to call the customer service center but was put on hold forever!Humble Student

I complained earlier about having to log in each time I used the app. Well to my surprise it seems to be fixed. Thank you for addressing my concerns. The app works well for what I use it for.Rruehle
Update is awful
The new updated app is awful. I have to close out of every other app I have opened for it to work. Also you have to open the app then click on a couple things before I can change the tempTwoWomen
Updated app
I usually have to restart the app multiple times to be able to see our temperature control screen. The new look is great. The only issue is that I can’t control the temperature readily anymore.drdlee22
