Great, simple, easy to use app.
When I tried to call to set up a ride, I was on the phone for over 20 minutes, transferred to 3 different people, and ended up getting hung up on before I could even set up the ride.
This app is 1000 times better, faster, and easier. If you know how to use a smart phone I highly recommend using this app instead of trying to call.

The driver speeds over 90 mph, she talks on her phone and texts people while driving and almost crashed, so the rides have not been safe either. She also said someone with a IDD
was “acting slow” because they couldn’t see the Uber she sent for them outside. She had to send the Uber because she forgot to pick him up. Also customer service is horrible. I had to call my insurance to file a complaint because they won’t let you talk to supervisors if you call directly.
Modivcare is the worst. I would never recommend this company as a safe transportation company.
Great when it allows you to log in
Not that reliable
I had to call for a ride but person had all my information but asked for it and I could barely understand them and they could barely understand me. Walgreens don't really have medicine delivery anymore and don't deliver insulin. Modivcare or insurance Told me could take a hour but driver showed up in few minutes later and they mentioned they can only wait 5 minutes. Thats horrible. What if someone had to go to restroom? Leg, foot, and arrival is confusing at first.

Hi Leah Lee, for trips that are short notice please call into your care center to schedule the trip. Your plan has a minimum lead time for booking a trip via the app, call your care canter to book a short notice trip, we're here to help you. If there is a need to change the pick up or drop off for a trip, please call in and get that fixed.
