Worst Customer Service
The app is useless, emails go unanswered and there’s 45 minute wait times to speak to a human on the phone who couldn’t figure out how to send me a receipt. Do yourself a favor and fly something else for $50 more.
I can not believe this app is so bad
Can’t believe this is allowed to be an airline app. No checkin ability Can’t view existing reservations. Can’t update seats. Reservation finder doesn’t work. All u can do apparently is find flights but doubt that works.
And customer service is non existent. Min half hour to hour on hold. I have flown multiple times on avelo and want them to succeed. But gosh. The frustration when something goes wrong which is often is so bad that I think the bigger airlines may be better

Horrible
This ap is useless unless you’re looking to book a flight. I still can’t download my boarding pass to my apple wallet, nor do my already booked flights show on the My trips section.
Weak information
About the only it seems you can do on this app is book a flight. You can't go back and look up your flight that you have booked and that should be an easy fix.
Needs Work
This app is not very user friendly. You will find it difficult to find the information you need. Going from one link to another within the app is very slow. Sometimes the likes/pages don’t even load. I’m sure Avelo will get there eventually but for now, this app needs work.
Can’t Remove Pass from my Apple Wallet
The app was a little clunky but worked good enough. I’m just annoyed I can’t remove the pass from my wallet. It’s glitched in there and nothing will let me remove it

Have 3 separate reservations bought and paid for but only 1 shows up. When I search on flight status, it doesn’t even show my airport. Can’t check in via app so I’ll wait until I get to airport.
App needs help!
I don’t quite understand why this app does not show my previous or future trips. Click on “my account” and it goes to My Trips. But… no trips are listed there. What’s the problem? What is the point of the app if I can’t check to see if there has been any change to my flight? My first trip with Avelo, they sent an email (buried in the 217 other emails they send with promotions) saying they canceled my flight and booked me on one the next morning. HELLO! The email should have had in bold letters “🚨IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING YOUR FLIGHT! PLEASE READ!”
It didn’t…it just said “Flight status update..” I HAPPENED to log into my account a few days before to double check everything and when I entered my conf # it gave me a totally diff day and time for my flight… and oh look at that, my flight was canceled and rebooked. The app should be sending push notifications regarding flight changes, reminders to check-in, etc… I had to change my plans which was FINE - glad I checked. But this info should have been in the app… Come on guys! This is simple stuff - every other airline app allows you to access all your flight info and sends reminders. Other than app issues - I had no problem with the actual flight etc… 😏 It was pretty chill and uneventful.

Lot to learn
App does very little to support customers. After making a reservation on-line the app doesn’t show current reservations even with confirmation number. As such I couldn’t get my boarding passes through the app. Allegiant has it all over you guys.
Like the airline, don’t like the app
The app leaves sooo much to be desired. I especially hate that when I go to “My Trips” within the My Account menu, it's blank. Can’t find the help or contact us menu.
