One should be able to add an existing trip
Hi. I like the affordability of this airline. I just wish that the app could be more accessible. I would like to be able to add my trip to it. The only option I have is Cancel or Change trip but not add. Once the Add an existing trip is added. I will adjust my score.

Spent over 40 minutes trying to add a bag. Had to call customer service twice. To add a bag, it’s under change/cancel. Then if you don’t pay immediately (which I didn’t because there as no confirmation of the payment) you are locked out of paying on multiple browsers across multiple devices.
What’s the point?
This is the only time I’ve ever left a review for an app. I’ll just say this: This app serves no purpose. None. It doesn’t even have your boarding passes. They must of had this thing made from someone on Fivver.
Come on, guys
You have to have used other airlines apps before. 2 things: 1) when I sign in why do I need my email and my password? And why can’t I stay signed in? 2) Way more importantly, when I want to see or manage my reservations AFTER I’ve signed in, don’t ask me for my flight locator number! Why would I know what those random letters and numbers are?! Isn’t signing in with my email and password—the same ones I use to book my flights—why don’t they suffice to just let me look up my reservations? I’m not a cyborg! I don’t know what my locator number is! It defeats the WHOLE point of convenience. And fyi, Avelo is the only airline app that insists on this pointless hassle! Please treat your logged-in customers with a bit more trust and courtesy. It’s such a pain! Thank you for hearing me out. Ask others who’ve used the app what they think!

Let me stay logged in!
I'm begging you Avelo, PLEASE update the app so I don't have to log back in literally every time. It's maddening to have to enter my login information every time I open the app after I do something else on my phone, or at the very least add biometric login support to make logging in much easier.

Hope the flights are better than app!!! Can’t find reservations on app… most of the time it’s just blank white pages. Silly me didn’t realize I paid for seats when I chose them. Seats choice was more than flight tickets. Paid $500 for $300 tickets. My fault for accepting it but they list it so it appears to be seat numbers to me. Took 2 days to get email response. I tried calling but hung up after 25 minutes and never told where I was in que. They have a lot of work needed on customer service and this APP. Covid is no longer an excuse either !!!!

It works for what it’s meant to do
The app is not the most user friendly app or flashy one at that. However it allows you to book your flight retrieve your flight info and download your boarding pass. Pretty straight forward and once you have used it a couple of times it’s much easier to navigate.
Have you ever flown Spirit Airlines?
I’ve come to the conclusion that people are never going to be happy no matter what!!If you ever tried to book a flight on Spirit then you would have something to complain about. Booking was a BREEZE!! Easiest ever and you don’t get worked over for every little item for extra $$$. So with that said I’m sold for now just be happy your not booking on Spirit Airlines because you will have something to really complain about that’s for certain!!! 😎

App is terrible
Avelo -I want to love you Avelo, but the app is not user friendly at all -our flight was cancelled and when I went to look at my flight it said I had none- when I try to go to my account it just takes me to booking -I would love to update my review to more stars when you update your app! 😃
Application is terrible
This application is terrible. I can’t find my boarding pass, it’s difficult to check-in for my flight. Freezes constantly - tried on 3 different devices.. Needs improvement.
