It’s OK

The app was straightforward and easy to set up, and I created an account with my school’s instructions through an email I was sent.

They stated I would receive a pass within 10 minutes and that did not happen. I was able to verify my email but I am still awaiting a confirmation of the pass.

I attempted to use the Virtual Assistant but it navigated me to my mobile browser and showed a 404-error and was unavailable.

I am able to pay for and add a pass based on my needs as there is a variety of options to choose from, but this is not necessary for me.

I will update once I receive my pass/and or am able to utilize the virtual assistant.

The older app was way better 🤷🏻‍♂️

Card problems

It’s not taking any of my cards. MasterCard or visa even though it says it supports both.

Doesnt recognize my old account

Keeps giving me a log in error. Says my correct password is not correct. Had to open new account which did not import my stored tickets. Does not support PayPal transactions anymore.
Terrible.

Terrible

This new app is terrible!!!! It’s so complicating to navigate, can’t login with my old account, and doesn’t even look as good as the old app. Please revert back to the old one!!

Hi Jinopaw, you will have to create a new account in the new goMobile+ app. You will need your email and a password and is done. If you have any specific issues trying to locate something please contact us at 210-362-2020 and follow the prompts 1-English, 3-Agent,2-goMobile+

no good

this app is soo much more complicated than the old version, and i cant log into my old account with the same password, do i have to make a new password?

Hi Nims, when you download the new goMobile+ you can start purchasing passes. If you want to create an account all you have to do is go to "My Account" then "New Account" enter the email and password then confirm password. Account created.
