  • Crappy app

    This app is too sensitive. I have not done any first take off. I have not done any bad turns and it says I have.
  • Do not use

    They will blow you off if you ever file a claim. Won’t repaid to calls, VMs, texts of emails. I’m having to call an attorney TODAY!!!! since they will not respond. And I am a loop customer. I think this may be a scam if it’s worst insurance carrier I’ve ever worked with.
  • Use less

    The app is of no help for customer service. It redirects you to download another app that is just as useless as well. I can never get ahold of anyone for assistance, I do not recommend.

  • Not very satisfied

    When I got my first quote from them it was very easy to do everything right through the app and they were the cheapest out of everyone, but a couple of weeks later I bought a car for my son and needed a quote to add the new car to my policy but it could not be done through the app, you have to send them a message or email them because there’s also no way to get a hold of them on the phone, you’ll just sit on hold forever, they have an option for an agent to call you back but every time I pressed that option I got hung up on. Finallly I was able to get a quote to add the new car and it was quadruple the amount of any place else’s quotes! Any other changes no matter what they are have to be emailed to them and you have to wait until they respond. I wish more couple be done through the app and I really wish they were cheaper because now I have to change insurance companies. I will say that the gentleman who responded to me regarding my quote was very polite and had good customer service, and even he couldn’t believe the amount of the new quote.

  • A lot of kinks in the app

    Initially the app didn’t allow me to make my second payment as it kept refreshing the payment screen and my policy got canceled so I had to redo the policy and after three days of attempts on the website I finally was able to make the payment on a new policy. Now that I am trying to access the app again it says I’m “not authorized to make the change” when I’m simply trying to log in. Now I’m locked out and can’t use the app so I guess it’s still new and they’re working on the bugs and hopefully get it going as designed. I hope it gets fixed sooner than later.

  • Great but

    There could be more options in the app. I can’t update payment dates or payment info. I can’t really edit any info at all online or in app.
  • Won’t load

    The app takes forever to load and never shows me any pertinent information
  • Checking my every move

    I like loop insurance but I don’t like how the is needing or is checking on my every move when I drive. I have no control of other drivers when stoping and going, how many miles I’m driving and etc.

    Insurance shouldn’t be based on how you drive because it’s impossible. why? We live in Texas! There would be times they I may have to drive more then usual snd other times not as much.

    I am not turning on my exact location!

    I don’t need to be watched 24hr seven! I’m not a child! That’s is only for teens under the age of 18 that needs this feature! Not an adult!
