Can’t use it

I downloaded this for my iPhone SE 2020 and it looks like it loads fine but I can’t see what I assume to be the interactive buttons. It looks cut off at the bottom of the screen but I can’t scroll, swipe, pinch/zoom or tap on anything. It’s just an image of a phone with some text and the top edge of a blue button. I needed to use this for vax records but can’t use it. Needs to be fixed.

Update works

When this app works it is great. Developers appear to be dedicated to resolving issues and leading the way to a viable vaccine passport—something the country AND the world needs. The Oct 14, 2021 release works well on my iPhone 11 Pro with the current iOS.

How does one save anything on this app?

I scanned my vaccine record and it verifies 2 of my vaccinations (but my booster doesn’t show up!). And then there is no option to save the record!

I was told I needed this app for verification in Singapore but no idea on how it will save it for me to show at the airport/immigration/customs or wherever it is I need to show proof of vaccination!

Works ONCE, then crashes on startup

I can use this app one time but after that it crashes when I try to run it. If I uninstall and reinstall it works but again, only one time.

Edit: it works now after today’s update.

Crashes every time I open EXCEPT the first time

If I install the app, I can open it and use it to scan. But when I try to open it later, it immediately crashes. If I uninstall it, and then reinstall it, I can again use it the first time I open it. Kind of makes it feel like a single use app… So I’m only giving a single star. As soon as I can open it at least five times without crashing, I will change my rating to 5 stars. The info it provides is spot on.

Update: Just received feedback from the developer that this bug was fixed. Reinstalled it and the app works perfectly! Thank you!

No way to actually take a pic of your card

There is no actual way to take a picture of your card. When you tap on the icon says ‘scan vaccination record’ & that asks for access to your camera, that screen then shows your card on the screen, but there is no actual button (shutter trigger) to snap the picture. The only button on that screen there only flips the camera to the face side of your iPhone. Easier to just take a pic of your card and keep it in your ‘favorites’ in your photos.

It crashes !!!!

A month ago this app was suggested by the state of Hawaii for us to download to verify QR code’s for vaccinated people. It worked fine but now It crashes. I would launch the app and it glitches back to the app. It won’t even pull up to the camera. In order for it to work I would have to delete the app and download it again. It would only work if I keep the app open. Once I close the app, I would have to delete the app again and download it again for the next guest. It’s such a hassle. Is there any better app than this for state of Hawaii?

App doesn’t work! Can’t scan and shuts down constantly

I had to download this app for international travel to Singapore and I just tried to scan my vaccination card ( NY ). First there’s no scan button only to flip the camera lens. I close the app and reopen after trying to scan. Now the app can’t even open. There’s no update prompt and it’s literally useless. What can I do ? Can’t scan my card and it’s really frustrating. I restarted my phone. Reset. Etc. Nothing!!!
