I’ve been using the machines and the app for over a year.
During this time, I’ve been impressed with the quality of the machines, as well as the convenience of the app.

Not worth it.
App is buggy, sometimes doesn’t even show I have wash/dry in a machine and so I have to keep track of the number and time myself. Machines the app connected to broke constantly. Finished my year in college and the company wouldn’t accept my $6.25 refund request because they ONLY refund for machine problems. Used to be under a different name, but the system works fantastic. Eliminating the need to get quarters is one of the biggest stress relievers as an apartment renter.
I’ll be moving to my own townhome I’ve recently purchased within the next few months, so I’ll only be using the app a few more times. I figured I’d give you guys a solid review for giving me peace of mind when doing laundry.

Refused to refund unused credits
In the main menu of the app, there is a “request refund” option. This, to me, implied that I could have my remaining credits returned to my card if need be, since they have a $10 minimum deposit to use their services.
It was only once I submitted my request upon moving out of my apartment, that they explained that they only refund for machine malfunctions or other such problems.
I ended up getting my remaining balance back but had to go through my bank to make that happen. This is not by accident. The fact that most people will not do this is part of their business model. It’s daylight robbery.Show lessSoren Wagner

I’m grateful for the convenience to wash my clothes with a few clicks from my phone! I do wish that you can add the amount you want versus $10 as the minimum (especially if it’s your last $10! ) Other than that it’s great!Keirra P.

Love this app! Makes doing laundry easier. You can pay thru the app but it also alerts you when your load is done, tells you how much time is left on a machine.Rog125
