Bare minimum program
This app does the bare minimum at best. There is no way to tell us all washers are in use or available, they have a feedback and help button that just displays and error. The programmers were lazy when creating this app. The company definitely needs to find another app programmer. I have seen and used much better then this and it is not that hard to write a program connecting apartment complex users to the availability of machines.Show lessAleon123456789

Horrible
Worked great with the washing machines but can’t connect to the driers. Now I have 3 wet loads of laundry that I can’t dry !!!! This s - - - s !!!!!tratrafehn!
Clean Cash App
This app makes my doing laundry so much easier then always trying to find quarters constantly!!! The app is very convenient and so easy use!!! I haven’t had any issues with the machines and the app not working perfectly together but if there ever was an issue you can contact the company right through the app to get the machine serviced or a refund.Show lessJen H12
Took my money
Told me to add funds before being able to connect with washer. I added $10 and when trying to connect machine it said it couldn’t find the machine. I requested my money back and the app started saying no internet connection and completely deleted my refund request and took my $10. It isn’t even showing available in my account like I never added any money. But I have proof of me putting money on this app in my bank account!!Show lessDeja.Pashe
Buggy
Picks and chooses when to work properly. Pop up banners occur of network errors, invalid accounts, etc. when no such errors are actually there. Only occasionally displays current cycle time and the feature that tells you if machines are open or in use does not work.clr27184
