I have been using this app for a few months now at my apartment complex. Very easy to use and super convenient. I love that you can add funds to the app. Makes starting the machines a lot quicker. Great app
I really enjoy using this app every time I’ve to do laundry. Also sends me notifications when my cloth is done with the cycle. Only one thing is after you place the start on the machine you’ve to press OK on the app so the machine doesn’t get erase from the profile and it can actually send you the notification that the cloth is ready.Show lessKrakoon

Logged out of account and can’t log back in
My account logged me out for some strange reason and will not let me log back in. It’s says my log in doesn’t exist. When I try to create an new account it says my phone number is registers but doesn’t list the email it’s registered to. I have tried forgot my password for every email I have and it still says the log in doesn’t exist. I have money on my account and can’t access it. I call customer service, all they did is put a ticket in and tell me they will reach out in a few days. No way to check my account or reset my password trouble shooting. Just in out of luck until they call me back. It’s just a terrible experience. There is no reason why this is happening.Show lessAshyP25

This is very convenient. However, I do wish it took apple pay or google pay. Or at least allowed multiple payment types on the app. Other than that very useful.KhiSha

Easy and Fast!
It’s easy to use and responds fast. I appreciate being able to use my card to pay for the laundry since i don’t normally keep change on me and it’s a hassle to go out of my way to get quarters. Interface is simple and i appreciate that. Best thing they added was the feature that tells you when your machine is done! Very helpful and makes it so i don’t have to set an alarm.Show lessyeongdul
One out of four machines isn’t bad so I still give a 3 I mean 1 not ever drying completely
Sorry I am satisfied for most but shouldn’t have to rush over to try to save money from the one and a half dry to put some in that dryer. It’s just a lot of time consuming without drying completely the first timeᗷIᘔᘔIᗷᗴᗴ
