It’s really useful when you don’t have quarters. Only thing is the app supposed to tell you if there are washers and dryers available. It says 0 of 0 but there are plenty.tbunnii

Clean cash
I like the fact that you can either use a credit/debit card or the app to pay for your clothes to wash/dry. You can also keep track of the time of the machines through the app. It makes it more convenient.quietstrm236
About as sad as you’d expect a laundry app to be
Our apartment complex recently swapped from another company (also pretty pathetic) to this one and after having this swap scheduled for over a month, the technician was still 3 weeks late coming out to our site to add the QR codes and set the machines up despite REPEATED calls from tenants and property management. Now, less than a month later, every machine displays the exact same message when trying to start through the app. “You are about to start the machine ‘XX’ for $0.00.” If you click no, it takes you back to the Home Screen. If you click yes, “Could not start the machine, please try again.” An endless cycle of incompetence. Wish I could give them zero stars.Show lessjordans2350
Doesn’t Work
Have tried repeatedly to add credit card to this app. Keep getting a 1020 error invalid token. The credit card information is correct. Not sure why an app is made but doesn’t work right is even released.
Can’t connect to anyone so stuck unable to do laundry since I have no coins. Wish they had kept the other app for our laundry room even though that crapped out half the time too.Show lessmjselvon2004
Ease of use!!
Been using this app for several months now, and I can say I would recommend this to any owners of apartment complex with washer and dryers. Haven’t had any problems so far. Easy to setup and navigate through when first getting the app.Pablo Sibaja
Really convenient
The only thing I will change is the amount of money you need to put
It don’t let you put what u actually need like for example if it cost 1.75 to do my laundry I need to put 10$ dollars
There people that can afford it and there’s others that can’t

Easy and Convenient
This app is easy and convenient to use. Living in an apartment, I always had to go out and get quarters for the washer & dryer. With the Clean Cash App, I just link it with my debit card, scan the machine on my phone, select the cycle and away we go.YvetteNJ
