Re-authentication 5-10 times a day???
Not sure what happened but this app requires me to re login ever 2-3 times an hour on even though I used it 20-30 mins ago. I know security is important but I only need to re authenticate once a week to work but 5 times a day to change my air purifier settings????Baconator3

No ability to schedule a room air cleanse (high speed for 1hr) . My Winex air purifier does that at 1/3 the costPjmax190

The data collected takes hours to update. You can’t download the data to look for trends. The scale of the data particle count does not automatically adjustwillys43

Latest update broke it
After updating my app, it now doesn’t recognize the email address associated with my account even though I get emails there from you guys. Now the app is useless.Kar444

Major issues
The app is wonderful when it works, but with every update it disconnects at least 1 of our 3 units from the app. Then we inevitably end up having issues trying to get the app to recognize & reconnect those units again. It is a very convenient app, but not very reliable or user friendly for those of us who are less tech savvy.Show lessMD MOM3

This app works great and does pretty much what it needs to do. For me, that is seeing the air quality history and remote start stop.
Bonus feature: I was able to y turn off the lights on top of the unit!Deej5433
