  • Wait time

    The Krystal’s on state street is horrible with their online orders. I recommend you not using the app. This is my second time trying to order in advance so I can grab my food and go but yet again they’re going to have me late for Work because I’ve paid for something that’s not simple to be returned when you pay online. This is ridiculous why isn’t my food ready and I still have to wait like I ordered at the counter.

  • Horrible & thieving app

    Placed an order at a 24 hour Krystal burger. Order was nearly $50 when I showed up no one was there but all the lights were on and there was not one single car in the parking lot. Even though I never got my food, I still got charged.

    When I called the store the next day, they said “there’s nothing they can do”. When I asked for a number for a corporate office or regional manager they said I don’t have that information.

    Tried a ton of different numbers via Google and Quora with no success. So basically this app has cost me $50 and probably a few hundred dollars of my time for food I never received. So I won’t waste any more of my money, I recommend you not waste yours.

  • Good, Nostalgic Restaurant

    The laggy app needs improvement.
    I had to exit the sign-up process after waiting about 2 minutes for the screen to advance. Payment information was laggy to touch-response entry. Credit card’s last number was not fully shown. Errors were mostly shown off screen with no way of seeing the full message.

  • No DISCOUNTS OR DEALS.

    Where are the deals? There is not one lick of actual deal on this app besides you sitting here buying something that’s less than five dollars. You can’t even get an actual sack full for a decent amount of money or any type of deal whatsoever. Nobody is paying $20 for a sack full with cheese when that is the most common, desirable thing on the app. Place coupons and actual deals on the app rather than sitting here trying to get people to purchase for regular price. There’s no type of deals whatsoever

  • No Way to Contact Support

    Ordered a large order in the app for several people after it said they were open 24 hours online and in the app. Got to the store to pick it up, pulled up to the drive-thru and there was an automated message saying they were currently closed. There were workers inside with all the lights on, so I pulled up to the window and waited for about 15-20 minutes watching the order status update in the app. It went from being prepared, to ready for pick up, to order picked up. Still sitting there and have not gotten any food or talked to any of the workers inside. Now I’m out $50 and there’s not even an option to contact for a refund in the app. Very disappointed.

  • Frustrating

    This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. Once items added to bag I could not find the bag to confirm and pay. Gave up and ordered from the website. Only then the patron picking up the order couldn’t pickup until we told them to just cancel the order and we would eat somewhere else.
  • Poor Experience

    Restaurant was horribly slow. I was able get o take time to install the app and order online before they could even wait on me. Order could not be filled because the location was “out” of item. No refund could be given and no way to cancel order. Really poor customer service.
  • Yum!

    I have never had the opportunity to experience a KRYSTAL’S restaurant until I was working in Chattanooga, TN- I would drive by every day and see the restaurant and think, “I should stop and see what this place is about.” So one day I did and boy am I glad that I did! I don’t have a favorite, it’s all yum!
    So thank you Chattanooga and thank you KRYSTAL’S for a great and yummy first restaurant experience… it definitely isn’t my last! Oh and I got the app for my phone also!!

  • Delicious Food, Pathetic Service

    I gave 2 stars only for how delicious and satisfying their Krystal burgers are. They completely lack in customer service. They are often closed when they say they’re open. The staff appears as though they don’t want to be there, and they don’t care about providing you with simple respect. It’s discouraging and disheartening. I truly hope they will better train and encourage their employees.

  • App is trash

    The app is slow and lags bad. Constantly kicks you out and makes you re enter items then it updates with the initial order too. That's the only way to get the discount so we suffer through. 🤷🏾
