FRAUDULENT APP - DO NOT DOWNLOAD
They will take your money irrelevant as to whether the store is open. They list a store as open 24 hours, you order and drive there the store is closed and they still keep your money. NO WAY TO REQUEST REFUND, CANCEL ORDER OR CONTACT THEM. Complete fraud.Me0246799
Needs improvement
Placed a mobile order through the app. I Went to the drive thru and told the employee that I had placed a mobile order! They said they were out of the chili . I asked them if they had refunded the money back to my credit card and was told that they could not refund my money back and I had to use the app to get my money back!! Spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get the money back!! From what I can see! No you can’t get a refund !! You can’t cancel a order either!
What’s up with a app that you can’t use to cancel an order from or at least ask the staff at the restaurant to cancel the order and get the money back!!!

Fee to use the app…no way!
There are a couple things on my list of problems with this app. First of all, I’m not paying an extra 50 cents to order from the app just to save time waiting in line. Especially when, second, I chose dining room pick up, and the app let me, so I wouldn’t have to wait in a long line. Get to my Krystal and they had the doors locked and they yelled through the glass that I had to go through the drive thru. That was another 20 minutes of waiting. So, l deleted the app and will act like it never existed and go back to the way I’ve always done Krystal…expecting to wait in line to order and pick up. Can’t customize wings but happy to be able to order delivery
They seem to have taken wings off the regular menu which is a big bummer. They’re the best. App doesn’t have easy mobility to make requests for certain things like sauce preference. Otherwise it’s good.klueck14
Worst app ever
Wow absolute rubbish app! Constantly comes with an error when trying to order food. Couldn’t order food in the end as the app is NOT WORKING and you can’t order food at the drive thru. Would not recommendheymatt1234
Easy to navigate app!!
Ordering with the app was a breeze. It was nice to order from home and have it be ready when we arrive due to the fact that our order was extremely large. I was able to wait at home for 10 minutes rather than in the line or in the store.cstuckey2056
Does not calculate total correctly
App is a joke when calculating order total. Subtotal ends up more than combined total of all items, then the final total ends up more the subtotal and taxes and fees added together- the math does not add up at all and overcharges for the order by a significant amount. Would give negative stars if possible.Show lesshowdoesthatwork?

What happened to my corn pups? Krystal had good ones, besides being the only place I could get!!!!
