You can’t order half the things on the menu at my local store. Also the app is poorly built and slow.Terrible communication
Ordered wings thru the app. Got there I was told they are out of wings. I ask may I substitute I was told no. So I have to cancel my order. When they could’ve just gave me something. At that point I was just trying to grab something to eat on the way to work. Lamar location.Do not bother
I do not recommend this app. I ordered from it & it overcharged me and I’ve yet to see a refund.
Turns out if you check reviews, other folks have the same problem. Krystal’s isn’t forthcoming. Won’t answer contact forms on website or answer phone systems.Fees
Downloaded the app and placed an order, what I am not finding anywhere on the app or elsewhere is what the .50 cents fee is for ?
There should be an explanation for this charge.
.50 cents is .50 cents, I won’t be encouraged to use this app if I am charged every time I do.

I noticed the 50% off deal for using the app, but my food took 13 minutes to prepare while ordering in the parking lot with 1 car in line.Hard to add payment
Had to try 5 times to add my payment method. The app kept closing the payment screen before I could enter in everything.App not working correctly
The App would not take the initial attempts to place the order. I kept getting a try again statement. Tried for 2 days but still same response after selecting the item I wanted in the order bag. I finally deleted the App and reinstalled, this corrected the problem. I feel there must have been an update but the App did not refresh or receive the update.Show less
