  • Needs Work

    It's nice to be able to order ahead, but you can't add or remove ingredients on the app. There's no apraxia instructions box for you to even write in what you want or don't, like no onions or no pickles or extra pickles or extra onions ect. I give it a 3, it needs work.
  • Just go to the restaurant and order…

    First few times using the app to order in advance at the Phenix City, AL location was great but the last time was horrible. Made my order went to pick it up and was told that it wasn’t showing a order for me. I explained that I could show were I made the order and were the money was taken off my credit card still gave a hassle like I was trying to get free food. Waited in line for almost an hour to show proof and I had to leave do to an family emergency. Went back a 2 days later to see about a refund or even to offer me the food but was told I had to contact customer service. Did that and still haven’t received or heard anything back. Like I said if you want Krystal that back save your money and time and just wait in their ridiculous line.

    App is very hard to navigate
    Too much time spent scrolling and scrolling and scrolling
  • Can’t add payment method

    I can’t place a Togo order on the app because it won’t let me add a payment method at all … please fix !!!!
  • Closed while waiting in drive through, would not refund online order

    I placed an order through the app and when I arrived to pick it up, I waited 20 minutes (behind other customers). I drove past the customers in the drive thru and made it to the window where I was rudely informed they were closed. When I asked about the refund, she replied, we’re closed.
  • No Order cancelling

    I placed a mobile order ahead of time since it was late at night and my location is normally open 24 hours. But sadly the restaurant was closed. There were no employees working, I couldn’t cancel my order on the app, and the money was already taken off of my card. How are you going to have an app with ordering ahead, but no way to cancel the order in a situation like this? It’s poor customer care on their behalf.

  • Portion size

    Pretty pathetic to reduce the sunriser combo from 2 sandwiches to 1. Did you think your customers wouldn’t notice that you literally cut their portion size in half? But you sure didn’t cut the price in half! I know eggs are expensive right now, but you could’ve done a slightly smaller portion size on the eggs, and created less of a negative impact. But instead you just pull that garbage. Imagine my surprise when I got home and my husband only got one tiny sandwich! Pitiful excuse for customer satisfaction.

  • Ripped off

    The app has “party size” chili cheese fries, which we paid for. Got to the restaurant to pick up the order, they gave us regular size fries and said they don’t have a party size. Also said we would have to go through the app to be refunded. There is no way to contact anyone through the app for this. Ridiculous and infuriating!!

  • Payment method needs to be updated

    The summit button was below the line. Had to enter everything 2x because I couldn’t get to the summit portion. Move it up some
  • Don’t Even Bother.

    If you deliver food from this app expect to never get it. Wanna refund it? Can’t do it. Wanna see your order number? Too Bad. This App is too horrible. Save your money or go buy something better.
