Unbelievably bad customer service
The communication with Momence over a problem with my account is unbelievably poor. The ‘chat’ is carried out over emails which is a poor platform and they are completely unable to give a time frame for how long it will take to resolve the issue with my account. TERRIBLE.LAP793
Difficult to use and can’t delete hosts I didn’t agree to add
A new host appeared that I did not authorise and there is no way to delete it. The supposed chat function directs you to the website and requires a login, after you login the support function disappears, so leaving the review here is the only way I can find to express the issue. Most recent ‘update’
The most recent update - Native: 4.2.1 CodePush: v134 is horrible. Every time I open the up theres a bug that will cause the loading screen to come up as the app installs new updates.
Obviously an untested ‘manage children’ button that hovers in prime UI real estate at the bottom of the screen and means I have to click around to find a touch point for the ‘book class’ button. The whole reason I’m using it.
And a non existent load for ‘on demand’ content my studio provides because… reasons.
If you’re going to overhaul the entire experience on an app that’s a core dialogue between user and business, that’s meant to be one of ease and affordance; try and actually make it do just that. I want the old version - purely so I can have some functionality and not have to wait constantly for crashes and load times just to simply book into a yoga class every day.Show lessbrooke_31

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP
I used this app to book some basic Pilates lessons. After booking I got an email saying I was booked on an intermediate lesson which was not appropriate given I have never done Pilates before. Then when I checked on the app it now said I am booked on Advanced lesson! The flakiness of the app shouldn’t have been a problem if I could contact someone to get it corrected BUT there is no way of contacting anyone to discuss the class or any issues with the app - no “contact us” form, no phone number and no email address. I went in to down to earth to try to sort this out and they refused to believe this had happened, although after I showed them the confirmation stating “intermediate” and booking showing “advanced” I think they realised something had gone wrong. I have not had a refund and basically £80 down. Avoid this app at all costs!Show lesslooking_for_useable_software
Membership cancellation
This application doesn’t let you cancel your membership. It gives an option to gyms to block ur accessibility to cancel your membership!!! So you have to walk to the gym and ask them to cancel it for you!!meteora_ns
Unable to paste in password when creating account
I can’t paste my password in (from my password manager) when creating an account. The first field is fine, but the second field doesn’t take the paste.Amber3633

Don’t give them your email
My yoga studio uses this platform to manage appointments.
This platform spams me with reminders before my class, “how was it?” emails after a class, and bunch of other messages I am not willing to receive.
THERE IS NO unsubscribe button in their emails.
I contacted yoga studio regarding this matter, they contacted platform and the platform said IT’S IMPOSSIBLE to opt somebody out from all this spam.Show lessJane was here
So bad a 25 year old can’t figure it out…
I tried to download this so I could buy passes for a yoga studio. Not sure if this app is a WIP or what but not only is there no search feature to actually look for businesses to purchase from, the “support” feature just redirects you to login and takes you in a circle.
